I may or may not have an unhealthy obsession with this place, haha. Friendly staff, good food, quick delivery. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the price, which is around 5 dollars more compared to Domino's. Honestly I feel like the price difference is worth it, since I vastly prefer Pizza Hut. They put so much more on their pizzas (so in a way you're getting more food), and their wings are delicious.

I'll never order from this store ever again...young girl took my order, I literally had to spell my scans name to her. My first language is English, as was hers. They sent my order to other side of town. Was given a 25-30 max wait time for my single pizza. Came 1 hour 9 minutes later. Cold. The dough was not fully cooked, and they offered me a $5 off this order...be advised pizza hut doesn't deserve my 1 star. Should have stuck with pizza tonite

Delicious food. Awesome service (we were 1of 2 tables there). Makes me want to have Pizza hut more often. Only complaint is there were too many flies, wasps, other bugs flying around inside the restaurant.

Been here 3 times in the last 3 years, everytime the food is bad, small portions, no flavour, high prices. I feel bad for the waiting staff cause they are very nice but the kitchen is terrible. Waste of money stay away

Tried to place an online order from the website at 8:30pm on a Tuesday. Got all the way to the pay portion of the order for it to only give me the option to order for the next day. Tried to call and place the order since google and their website both say they're open till 10pm. Girl who answered said they were closing early cause the driver didn't want to work any longer and was headed to the bar. Good to know your driver is an alcoholic and controls the store hours. Enjoy going out of business!

We were there yesterday and that is the worst service I have ever had. (my husband wanted pasta) First thing they make sure you have a drink then when you go to order tell you they don't have any pasta. Well if we had known up front we would of went elsewhere. We had no choice but to get the pizza only. I always get Hawaiian and it was so thin there was nothing to it the size of crust only at other places, there was about 10 little tiny pieces of pinapple that they might of well not put any. Not even half way through our dinner the waitress was there going to grab the rest of the pizza and wrap it to take with us. WE WERE NOT FINISHED. Then she kept coming back to take it. I felt like she was trying to make us leave. (LIKE CAN WE FINISH OUR DINNER ) Then she came and we still not finished and gave us our bill and as I am taking a bite of my food, she started to hand me the debit machine to pay. This is the skimpiest pizza and worst service I have ever had in over 55 years.

Brutal service... 8 people sat down to eat and was given 5 glasses for water and one pitcher that was never refilled. My mother asked for a coffee and he straight up lied to us after we were done eating and she asked about it he told her it was still brewing. Could hardly under the waiter. Just all around brutal!

Buffet during the week is very good. However, we ordered a large stuffed crust to go and the pizza itself was EXTREMELY thin. Toppings on it were lacking in quantity. It tasted great though. Aside from the take out, the eat in buffet is amazing! Only reason 4 star and not 5, is because of the takeout.

Orders pizza at 4:45. Girl says it'll be there in a half hour. An hour and a half later still waiting. Call them again and the guy says it has lft the store yet. I got kids to feed, what a joke. Wait another half hour and guy tells me it's just leaving delivery driver is just pulling out. Chatham pizza hut ducks! No apology or nothing. Next time domino's!

I knew in my mind it was going to be a bad experience as soon as I phoned in. The person on the phone couldn’t even take my order or understand my address... it took 10 minutes just to get my information let alone my order. Almost 2 hours later and a few phone calls, my order showed up and the price was way higher then it was supposed to be. I took it anyways. It was cold... and if you’ve ever had stuffed crust that’s been sitting around for 2 hours you know what I mean when I say it was rubber. Very disappointed.

I JUST picked up a Supreme lovers thin crust and a small pepperoni pizza. The small pepperoni was fine, but the supreme lovers was gross!! It had very little topping and was over cooked and was hard as a rock. Very disappointing!

This pizza hut has been around for ages and still makes great pizza. Their lunch buffet is a great deal but is only open for a few hours every day, would definitely recommend this place for lunch!

Worst Pizza Hut. Why it is empty on edges? Seems only bread is large and toppings medium size. Other side, taste sucks. Too much of tomato base sauce. Cheese seems only in centre.

Ordered online tonight and was not impressed. Pick-up was at 5:52 and didn't leave until 18 minutes later. Just so happens that someone with my same name picked up my same order of pizzas at my time????anyways it was burnt on top and was not cooked underneath.

I'm excited about our dining room renovations being completed it looks great. Brand new flooring, tables and booths. New chairs arriving in May. Fresh paint makes it nice and bright. Come visit on Monday morning for the grand reopening of the dining room at 11 Am.

Pizza hut great place to go out to dinner with friends or with girlfriend, it takes some time to get food but that means its fresh, also a bit pricey but totally worth it, friendly staff too

Was there last Friday waited almost an hour for are food. It was busy. Food arrived and it was good. No complaints. The waitress however was not good at all. We ordered refills on are drinks never got them. Ask for a box for leftovers never got it. My husband had to go and get the box himself. Waited for debit machine never got it. Had to use are cash. When we left the restaurant are MIA waitress was sitting out back having a cigarette. I suggest you find wait staff that want to be there.

The food is delicious, but this particular restaurant messes up our orders almost every time. Today we placed an order for pickup, and when we arrived, we were told the staff sent it out for delivery, and to the wrong address to boot. We've had many issues with them for pickups and delivery, but they are usually good for the dining room experience.
