They had sheduled delivery between 12pm to 4pm and at 3:55pm the driver showed up and for whatever reason was not able to take my order off his truck for the “threshold delivery” bc I have a gravel driveway - threshold delivery means any dry land. A week later and still no delivery. Driver, “Michelle” and management were all unprofessional. Shame on Costco for continuing to use this courier.

My first delivery that was 1 of 2 (same order). Wasn't horrible although the shipping box was damaged and an item inside was damaged as well. They worked with me to set up a reasonable delivery time due to my work schedule. Now the 2nd part of this order... what a joke! They deliver between 9 and 4 on the day you arrange. Then refuse to work with you in any way. Be home from 9-4 or miss your package! Reschedule for 2nd day to deliver as they couldn't accomodate me by even 1 hr! (Leave for work at 3pm. Best they can do is put a note on your package.) Finally get my package on the 2nd day and my package is OPEN. The box is not damaged but yet the tape has been cut/broken. My box is just closed by interlocking the flaps. Thankfully nothing is missing! Not impressed with the services.
