These movers were AWESOME! Three men helped us move a very full three bedroom house (plus a basement and a garage full of things). Also helped us unpack into the new home. They worked for a very reasonable rate, were VERY friendly, helpful, and careful! They moved my piano for me as well, which many movers would not do. I would recommend them to anyone, and would absolutely use them again. Thank you so much for your hard work, gentlemen!!!

I waited as long as I could because I do not give bad reviews easily but I feel it is necessary to warn others. I booked them weeks in advance, paid my deposit, confirmed the time the week of and even the night before I got a text from the movers. The day of no one showed and would not respond to calls and texts to the same numbers that wrote me before. I have requested my refund for my deposit back and haven’t received that either. STILL NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIES! Don’t waste your time or money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had 2 other companies cancel on me. The last one canceled the same day just hours before they were expected. I called this company and spoke with one of the owners (Jen). She and her husband own this company and they were out same day within hours!!!! Not only did they communicate the entire time with me but they loaded my truck quickly and did a lovely job! Both men that came to my house to help load the truck were SUPER friendly and could not have been more amazing! Thank you SO MUCH for taking the stress out of this move for me when nobody else could! Best of luck to you and your company and I would 20/10 recommend!

They broke over a thousand dollars worth of stuff tried to hide what they broke and will not make it right would not and will not ever recommend and will be sure to let everyone know the job you did for us was 2 weeks ago in leetonia ohio trust me i will remember your names and the horrible job you did . You can pretend it didn't happen but we all know . Horrible customer service we have also filed a complaint with uhaul about this company

I'm not sure on these reviews. We hired Jen & Dave and crew last minute due to another company doing a no show. We were in a pinch! Within one hour they had a crew here. Moved us in 3hrs!!!! No show quoted us at 5hrs! Great job Guys! We will be using you again, and referring friends. We highly recommend this company. Honest fair pricing and amazing staff! Amazing customer service from start to finish!

I wish I would have seen Sam Powell’s review below. Jen is there the definition of con artist. She won’t provide an invoice on the front end, she lies about the cost of the project, and is extremely unprofessional. Her team showed up with zero equipment and supplies. Stay away at all cost!

These people were amazing and were so courteous and careful with my belongings! They cared about my property more then I did and that’s saying a lot! After I was late for the appointment they still worked around and managed to get me moved in less then two hours ! Jen was very kind and informative in every way I needed her to be and her workers did an amazing job! Very pleased and was a very fair price ! Will be using them again in the future 100 percent! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called May 24th to schedule movers for 4hrs. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and was able to set us up for Thursday May 30th 6pm in the evening. When 6pm rolled around and nobody was here I waited a little while and called the company to find out where the movers were. When I reached them by phone the same woman told me that I did not schedule with them and I must have scheduled with another moving company that has a similar name. I explained to her that it was their company I called that it is their number that is in my phone log from the 24th. I also had everything written down. She told me she would contact her Movers and double-check and call me right back. She did not call me back so I returned a call again. Of course, she did not answer the phone. I left a message and never heard anything again. With that being said, we have portable pods that are being picked up. My husband and I were up most of the night unloading with no help. I am now trying to figure out how to get the last of it unloaded as it is too heavy for me and my husband has no one else to help him. Very ironic that this happened give the fact that the woman I spoke to warned me of other moving companies who don't show up because you have to pay them first.

This company was hired to move a piece of fitness equipment from my garage to my basement. They came unprepared and created thousands of dollars in damage. They agreed to make an insurance claim to cover the repairs. 6 months later and they no longer respond and do not own up to their mistake. The owner of the company was helping the move when the damage was created. Would not recommend using this company as it is questionable if they have insurance.
