This team is fantastic. They are fast, careful, and detailed. It was unexpected when we arrived at our new home to find the bed put together. Once less thing for us to do and it was a very nice touch. I highly recommend them.

I used Freeman twice. Once, from the middle of st. Thomas to the dalewood area. 3 guys in their teens or 20s were really fast. no complaints. The second time I used them, I was only moving down the street. To make things easy I packed everything and put it all on the driveway, so they didn't even need to come in the house. The 2 guys were soooo slow. They were dragging ass intentionally so that I would have to pay more because it was by the hour. a 90 minute job, ended up taking 4-5 hours. I was only moving down the street and they didn't have to come in to either house. I wont use them again. Don't let them charge u by the hour cuz they will go super sloooooow.

My mother in law hired this company recently to help with her move and my review is not specifically about their service but rather about covid compliance. She had three movers arrive, all unmasked (nor wearing any other PPE) and they remained unmasked the entire time they were moving items from the first house to the second. This was during a provincial lockdown and a stay home order. Both her and her elderly mother were present during the move and both in very vulnerable groups... I was very unimpressed that this was done especially as an essential service when your staff are going from home to home and at a high risk of transmitting the disease to your clients by touching personal items, lack of distancing in small indoor spaces etc. She didn't feel comfortable confronting them but this is no excuse for their lack of compliance with these basic safety protocols to keep our family safe. Multiple people have now been exposed to unmasked individuals outside our bubble in our private residence. I hope that this practice does not continue for the safety of your staff and future clients.

I just had Freeman's pick up an Organ and deliver it to my house. These guy's were super professional and had it done in no time. 2 hours tops. Super super work. I would recommend them for any move.

I had a very tough and unique situation I had to get a 220 Gallon Aquarium down two sets of stairs. Rob the owner and his two helpers were on time and pleasant. Extreme care was used while moving my aquarium. Very Pleased. Would highly recommend them.
