No Team work. I thank the one individual that helped me as best they could. My job should not have taken 3.5 hours and if I didn"t help pack the truck it would have taken longer. Communication was lacking from day one and continued to the day of the move. I will not have this company again I would rather pay top rate for team work, and better professionalism on the job.

Awesome service! They delivered our son's playset Easter Monday. They gave us a call to let us know they were on the way and arrived 10 min. early. Super friendly delivery staff. They were only required to drop off in the driveway but they went the extra mile and helped my hubby get it to the backyard. Thank you so much for the great service!!

We had a treadmill delivered and they accommodated our request to have it delivered in our garage, the communication between the dispatcher and drivers ensured this occurred seamlessly. The drivers were courteous and informed us how to best carry the box inside as it was very heavy.

Unprofessional service and cheap for a reason. Owner of the business was swearing at us and threatening because they were upset about price negotiations. Better off paying slightly more for a business that is not run by short-tempered non-entrepreneurs with zero customer service. Avoid this "business".

Rose was very professional in connecting with me to deliver a new Shed. Somehow missed her voicemail from a Saturday, but she did try back on Monday. Booked a time for delivery for Tuesday, the next day! Then even called when they were about half an hour away to ensure we could receive the delivery. Even offered some warnings, as the senders packing was not the greatest for such a heavy and awkward package. Thanks again Rose and team. (Sorry I did not get your colleagues name during the delivery).

These guys are amazing! Doug has a terrific telephone manner, and Chris & Christine (who actually moved me) were fantastic! They really know how to sort and pack your stuff into a storage unit, so I imagine moving you to a new living space would be absolutely seamless! We used Dick’s for a move from a storage unit in London to Toronto area. Due to circumstances including the distance to drive and the Pandemic we arranged everything by phone. Even though there were more items than we originally thought they stuck to the quote they gave us at the beginning. They were very professional and everything arrived on time by the friendly movers. Communication matters at all fronts. We arranged our heavy Gazebo shelter delivery through the Canadian Tire. Rose and the driver were very responsible and professional. Thank you to Rose for taking the time to call us personally to let us know ahead of time the day and time our order would be delivered. In addition calling on the day when they were on the way to let us know in how many minutes would they reach our place. This helps a lot as this was an out of city delivery. Don't use.. ripped my leather couch and the company and the "contractors" neither are returning calls.. cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.. REPLY: They did rip the couch.. When they were taking the couch out from the house they jammed it into the door. They had to stop, go back in and change how they were holding it so the back was not near the handle on the outside door. We did not see that they actually ripped it until we sat on it the next day. The gentleman said he would call back to make arrangements on getting the couch repaired and never did. So you can try to protect yourself and make up stories but it will not work. So you can do one of 2 things .. own up to ripping the couch or continue saying the lies.. but I know you ripped the couch and I will pursue this if I have to and I guarantee the cost will be a lot higher than just repairing the rip..
