My husband, son and I took a cab for the first time last night since recently moving to Chatham. The service was excellent! Arrived within 10 minutes of calling. And the gentleman also got out of the car both at pick up and drop off to help us load and unload our groceries. Super friendly, funny driver! Definitely will be using this company again!

Lost phone in the backseat of a cab. Been trying to get it back in my possession most of the day. Last Driver I spoke with regarding this was short tempered, did not contact dispatch through radio, was rather rude about the whole situation. Even his passenger said he was being a richard.

Inconsiderate service. Waste of time. We called the company 2x to confirm our taxi and the company told us “less than 5 minutes” twice with no consideration for the actual time. We waited for 30 minutes before deciding it was faster to drive ourselves. When I politely called to cancel, the man on the line hung up on me mid sentence! No apologies, no goodbye. I’ve never been more disrespected. We missed half of the wedding ceremony that we were attending just down the road because we wasted 30 minutes waiting on our “courtesy cab”. I’m not surprised to see they have such low ratings online.

The driver was more than friendly, but the dispatcher was grumpy and disrespectful. Yelled at me over the phone because he couldn't understand the address I was saying. I was a faithful customer for years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere after that.

Courtesy cab is just doing their thing i get it, but the pay meter goes insanely high!!!!! I just took a kafafi taxi and its always $15 from a to b it doesnt matter the distance. I would much prefer kafafi and recommend it to anyone. There are very nice drivers ive had at courtesy and a very nice lady who said she was from Michigan originally and let us put our fishing stuff in the trunk and let us get in soaking wet (put a towel on the seat tho.) Would much prefer to pay $15 than $40.

worst experience ever. waited for 45 minutes, called them 4 times, they kept telling me 5 minutes and my cab would be there. i was trying to take a cab to the train station to go home for a christmas party but the cab showed up at my apartment 2 minutes before my train was scheduled to leave. i told the driver i missed my train but thanks anyways and he began to drive off before i could even close the door. incredibly rude i will never use their services again.

Wish I could Give zero stars. Called this cab company 6 TIMES. kept saying the cab was on the way. Gave them my name so they could make sure they picked up the right group. They stopped over and over again for groups who Flagged them down in front of where we were meant to get a cab. SO REDICULOUS. We waited an hour and ended up walking. Save yourself the time and get an Uber.

I went to Cascade Casino on a Saturday night. When we called for a cab at 1am, no answer. We called several times, no answer, just got voicemail. Very disappointed. We had to walk 40min home. What cab company is not available on a Saturday night? Very disappointed.

I had joe the taxi driver. BEST GUY EVER. 11/10 would recommend. He was funny nice and had a clean taxi and felt super safe. Would definitely leave him a big tip if you have him.

I am from out of town and I needed to get to the via rail in less than a half hour. I called and explained the situation to the Dispatcher and I cab came pretty promptly. Great service and In the cab driver she was super Very friendly. Thanks to them I didn’t miss my train.

I called a for a cab and they left before I could even get down stairs. When I called back they said it was my fault and sent another. I waited in the drive way this time and he started to drive away as soon as he got there and I had to chase him. Then he was rude my whole ride home

If I could go less than 1 star I would. Called 3 times to get a cab to pick me up at the train station only to learn the cabbie would take the first person to hail him at the road, not at the train station. When I did get a cab I almost laughed out loud...there was a no smoking sign but the cab smelled so bad...I mean REAKED of cigarette smoke it was almost unbearable. I guess the no smoking sign is for decoration?? The operator when I called was neither polite, courteous, nor useful. Is there another cab company in Chatham? If so...USE THEM!!!

Forgot my phone came back in the house to get it driver got really rude and ignorant this is like the third time he's done that company should realize that the reputation depends on their workers and clearly by the looks of the reviews they ain't doing too good. Last week got in same guys can and smelled alcohol. .... The driver I'm talking about shouldn't be driving. Very very very poor service when it comes to that guy had a couple other other drivers that were good but I would definitely recommend using the other cab company

We got in the cab at the end of a night after a wedding. I was wearing a dress that was brand new and my husband was wearing beige pants. When we got out, a container of pasta and marinara sauce fell out, and the seat was covered in sauce. We told the driver and he said nothing. He then gave our friends, who were sharing the cab with us, a napkin and asked them to clean it up! When I called to complain, they told me to call in the morning. There was nothing he could do. He would tell that cab to check in, to clean his car. So my husbands clothes and my brand new dress are covered in sauce, because the driver was too lazy to check his car, and I am told to call again tomorrow, while he has the remaining passengers clean his cab?!? Needless to say, I will call Radio Cab from now on.

Well im been using this cab company for the past year and im always being shorted weather its two dollars to 3 dollars they say that the drivers have to Carrie 20 in change but there drivers never have it over the times that lost change of mine could have paid multiple rides so I call to complain to the super and guess what they hang up so use this company if u like to be shorted all the time

Cab arrived promptly. Driver was polite and helped me with my suitcase. Safely arrived. Driver asked if I had cash when I got in because they don’t have debit in the cab, luckily I did, but I feel like the dispatcher should have mentioned this.
