Absolutely amazing service! I called Better Discount a few weeks ago for an apartment move, they we're a good price also straight forward, and to add the mover's we're quick did an excellent job.

I asked for a receipt for the $400 I paid for 2 hours of moving and was refused, saying "You don't get a receipt because you paid a flat rate of $400..." Yeah... so what?! When money is exchanged from one hand, a receipt should be provided into the other. I was told by sources that they do this to avoid taxes on their part. Steer clear of this place until more competent and honest staff is hired. That being said, the 2 moving guys were good.

Called multiple companies to load my truck. Some wanted upwards of 750$ for A LOAD! Better Discount came and was fast, friendly, helpful and careful. Finished the load within the minimum and wrapped furniture and padded the truck like true professionals. Everything made it to its final destination safely. Would definitely recommend
