I don't normally give reviews unless they're good ones but this was terrible. I had ordered a grilled cheese and it was cold. My moms pizza was cold, my dads Salisbury steak and potatoes were cold. The only thing good was the deep fried mushrooms. It wasn't even busy in there, the waitress just neglected everything. We stood at the cash register for a while and another waitress had to come over, even though ours seen us... She ignored it. My parents were super friendly and polite to her too, cracking light jokes and trying to make small talk. Needless to say, we won't be going back and we used to enjoy this restaurant.

If you love Panzerotti this is the place to go! The meat sauce included is to die for! It could practically be ordered by itself & enjoyed! The size of this thing is huge! Very nice & polite staff! My order is a Deep fried Panzerotti, Pep, Bac, Ham, & add sausage & mushrooms! Fantastic! Right now you can't eat in but you order & they bring it right to the door for you when u pick-up aka social distancing rules.

Usually I have no problem at andys place, but tonight I ordered take out poutines and ceaser wraps.. Fries were way to salty and no sauce on my wrap!!!! Disappointed!! :(

This used to be one of our favourite places to eat. In the last 5 years we've watched it go downhill fast. The cleanliness has been lacking more and more but our last visit finalized it. My husband went to pick up our order and on the box it listed the filling of the panz and it said sausage. Being allergic to the sausage and a vegetarian my husband brought it right back in (we didn't even leave the parking lot). The cook was handling uncooked meat came over without washing his hands opened the box and ripped open the panz. Said the toppings are correct and the box was written by mistake. My husband pointed out the cross contamination and the cook refused to remake the order or refund our money. If you want food poisoning this is a great place to go to.

A true Chatham Institution. Andy's place is one of Chatham's best family restaurants. All of their menu items are reasonably priced. I recommend the pizza, Greek dishes and wings, but above all else Andy's is famous for their panzerottis with meat sauce. They are once again open for in-person dining which means wait times are short for food.

Waited a half hour at the door with nobody in line in front of us just for a table to be cleared. Once finally cleared we sat and waited another 10 minutes for the table to be wiped off which never happened, so we left. This whole time waitresses just kept on walking by and doing nothing.

I am a PizzaExpert on YT and did a video review on this pizza. First, severely overcooked cheese and edge crust. There were burnt items under the pizza and under the cheese. There was even a piece of pineapple on my cheese pizza lol Second, not good cheese or sauce. Bottom crust was nicely cooked although it was cooked on a rack. Would hope to have better quality ingredients for a restaurant that’s been around for so long. See more in my video review on YT.

Visited yesterday for dinner. We ordered panzerottis, both came cut open and looked butchered. The waitress said they had to see what was inside??? I asked for no bacon, mine was full of bacon. I sent it back and while we waited for a new one, the waitress brought the bill. When my panzerotti was ready it was brought to the table in a take out container even though I hadn't eaten yet. Even for a casual dining place, this was very disappoint ing!

Well I placed my order at 3:30 pm for 6 Panzerotti's and asked if it can be ready for 6:00 pm pickup. Well I got there, paid and waited. I asked, could you tell me when they would be ready, the answer I got was, were waiting for the deep fried ones. I said, I phoned this order in at 3:30. Well, I got them home and the family was disappointed. The contents were undercooked, the mushrooms were canned, the pepperoni was shredded, what happened to the best Panzerotti in town? Sorry I won't back.

The service I received today by a young woman who was pregnant was one of the best experiences I received in a very long time. Like usual the food was AMAZING! I went on a Monday night and ordered their Monday Special, the Chicago deep dish pizza. It came with four toppings and smothered in their delicious meat sauce. I was still eating the leftovers from this monstrosity two days later and it tasted just as good reheated in the oven every time. If I could give this place six stars, I would.

When I finally visited here to get some of those famous panzerottis, I was not disappointed! Delicious, HUGE panzerottis, and a really good value. It is also very well organized during the pandemic! Well the calzones are amazing and the staff is very nice. However the place is packed and there are only 2 waitresses on the floor. No free refills on pops. Also due to the fact that there are only 2 waitresses on the floor you wait quite a while at the till to pay for your meal.

Presently here right now attempting to enjoy a late lunch and waitress has been so rude and ignorant to me and my family. Waited 15 mins for a "hello can I get you a drink", almost sat for 45 mins to get our order taken we arrived at 1230 it's now 155pm and received our food 5 mins ago. I asked for a refill and was told "refills aren't free" and walked away. I didn't care if they were free or not i just needed another drink. I have always raved about this restaurant to others and after today I can assure you I won't be back. Very disappointing. Waitress has dark hair up in a bun with glasses.

The food here was very good and the portions were very generous. The staff was effective, and kind, which is a lot more than you can say about a lot of other restaurants in the area seemingly. Hands down this is my favourite place for pizza and panzerottis. Their meat sauce is the best. I don't live here anymore but when I do make the effort to come back this place is always on my list of places to go. The large is fairly big and they don't have an extra large. So their extra large is 2 large pizzas. Which is perfect for me since I love bringing some back home with me.

Very popular place, so be prepared to wait a little. Portions are HUGE, and the staff a very friendly. I will admit the food was OK, it wasn't outstanding. We had the deep fried Panzerotti and it was ok. They didn't skimp of the filling, so it was stuffed to the max. However, the quality of the filling wasn't all that great. There was a lot of fat on the beef bits inside of it. Also, the sauce put on top taste like it came out of a can. So maybe if we got the sauce on the side instead of on top it might have been a little better. The size of the dish was huge, and we split it between 2 people and we both left full. We also ordered a Calzone, and it was GREAT. The crust was super good and taste, and there was plenty of filling inside it was well. I would recommend this. We had one kids of chicken fingers, and well it's chicken fingers what else can you say. We did see several people order their pizzas, and they are very large and looked very good. If we were to go back next time we are in town, I think we would get the pizza. But being honest, and hey that's what reviews are all about right! I don't think we would rush back to this place.

Paid $44.00 for 2 panzerotti. Both were order as Canadian (Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Bacon) one with additional Onions, Green Peppers, Olives. The additional toppings cost about $6.00 extra BUT only amounted to 10 grams more in toppings. Canadian= 812g Canadian-Plus= 822g. So they remove the main toppings and add the additional.

I came in the other day and ordered a Chicken Souvlaki and Gyro combo meal. This stuff is unreal. Comes with a Greek Salad and Fries... They may be known for their Italian food but they really know their way around the Mediterranean. They've got the best Greek food I've had at a restaurant in years. Only my wife Helena (from Corinth, Greece haha) makes it better.
