Was not happy had lots of stuff in boxes broken due to the two guys tossing boxes to each other out of truck and had to listen to them trash talk my belongs and furniture due to the reputation of where I was moving out of I could not get my 400.00 sofa on truck cus they said it would not fit but it would of if one they packed truck right and two if they did not have so much others own stuff in there like coolers I had to pay in advance and I gave 310.00 and it only took one hour and 20 mins to pack and unpack at new place and that also included there driving time I feel ripped off disrespected and lost my leather sofa my dinning room table chairs and patio chairs cus there stuff was taking up space in the truck plus they don't pack the truck right Will never use them again !!!!!

Amazing service. we called the last minute to move on Dec 23rd after our help had an accident. The guys that arrived were beyond helpful, they assessed the situation, were efficient and got right to work. They went above and beyond the whole day. They made it the best moving experience we have ever had, cant say enough about how easy this whole day was and how grateful we are they answered the call right away, gave us a quote quickly and booked us on short notice. highly recommend this company worth every penny! respectful, efficient, professional.

Fantastic a-zip moving’s crew! My family just moved to kitchener from london. It was so complicated moving ever cause we used storage for 49 days in London then moving to kitchener, but Terry, and his crew made me so comfortable for less stress and always welcoming to call and kindly answer. I had overestimated my move and was unable to complete it. I was in an emergency situation and called A-Zip for some help and they had two movers there within the hour! These guys wore masks, were respectful of my belongings, packed the truck on their own and in a timely manner. They also did this on new years eve and for a good price! Thank you A-Zip! You really saved me a lot of time and extra money.

What a pleasure working with A ZIP Moving. They are professional and treated our items as if they were their own. We moved a three bedroom house with very heavy items on the hottest day of the year (39 degrees). They had stairs at both origin and destination, with items to be taken apart and put back together. Our three movers never stopped or complained, they were polite, professional and good humored. We were so impressed with A-Zip from the very first interaction I had with Terry. He sent a very professional individual out for a quote that was spot on. We have a family of 6 so moving us was no small feat and every single individual who helped us move went above and beyond. We had a lot of furniture, more than average number of boxes, a piano, two fridges, washer, dryer, etc and they did everything perfectly. They ran in to a few situations with our items fitting where they needed to and they problem solved and helped us to get the solution we were looking for. I placed a call to Terry the manager on the advice of a friend and was booked to have three men come out on the specified date and perform our move. The three men arrived at the arranged time and went to work immediately. They performed the move in record time and took great care with our belongings. Charlene and I were also impressed with the extra care and attention the guys afforded us. We highly recommend this company for your next move.

My parents have moved from Kilworth from a large home & down sized to a condo on Commissions Road Unit 10. The 3 men from A - Zip Moving were awesome, they were able to start our move earlier than scheduled & myself & daughter were not prepared but the guys were great & worked with us. They all had patience, professionalism & smiles. When we all got to the condo they ask us were to put all the boxes & furniture & were able follow all directions with no issues. My parents were very happy with their service & I was as well. I would certainly give A - Zip Moving a A plus & recommend their services to everyone !

Disrespectful. Literally said "never mind" and hung up on me when I asked them to repeat what they said since they were cutting off. Expensive and they have a 2.5 hour minimum charge to. The worst

My partner and I had the pleasure of having Cass and Chris as our movers on Monday March 1st, 2021. They were amazing! Very quick and efficient. My partner was expecting at least 2 hours more and they were so careful and professional with all our belongings. They made sure everything of ours was gone, as we had someone still living in the place we moved from. They were always asking questions, being personable, while still working hard. Worst company ever when their "men" get lazy and dont want to complete a job they claim "health hazard" they also threaten to call CAS on happy healthy children of a single mother if any negative reviews were left. Terry is a very dishonest businessman man and I dont know how he sleeps at night. He clearly has no conscience.

Dishonest company and unprofessional. I was out of town and booked their packing service for my things to be moved to a friend's house. I left clear instructions with Terry to pack everything in my room that wasn't in a suitcase. I was charged for the duration of the packing, moving, and # of boxes used. He originally told me 5 boxes were used, but my friend only received 1 box (the green box in the picture is my own). When I asked him to double check he then said he used 3 boxes which still does not explain why only 1 box showed up. So I was charged 4 boxes extra and it is unknown whether or not all my belongings have been packed. When I asked if everything in my room was packed, he said "I don't know." As the photo shows, they did a horrible job packing as my blanket is simply left rolled up and things were put into a garbage bag. They refused to provide any compensation nor refund for the boxes. There is nothing I can do about it now, but please do not use this company!

Professional, on time, quick, and experienced. They moved out a couch in 35 seconds that took another company 35 minutes to get in. If you have things you don’t think will fit. Give them a chance. They moved a king size bed in a stairwell that I thought was impossible. And they go above and beyond. A piece of glass, easily replaced was left behind. Not a big deal. I reached out to the owner, he replied in minutes. And had it dropped off under 24 hours at 11pm on NEW YEAR’S EVE. That type of client service is unheard of these days. The driver can get a truck almost anywhere you need to to go. Thanks again AZip
