Great team here. Two movers were able to move & transport my 4 bedroom in 4 hours (including a piano). I've used movers in the past and wasn't totally thrilled. But these guys were great. One thing that really caught my attention: the movers were literally running from the truck to the house to grab more stuff. Awesome work ethic. PLUS they made sure to assemble my furniture when we arrived, even though they were not charging me for the extra time (and even though I told them I would handle it). The movers wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied -- and we were! Highly recommended!

Moving is stressful, but Amber and the team from A to Z took the stress away! They jumped in to help move us quickly from our home when it sold quicker than we expected. With a little creativity the team was able to pack up the mainland house and store the items securely until we were able to move them up to our island home. We were so pleased with our moving experience with A to Z Moving and Driving. The 2 man crew was friendly, hard working, and careful not to damage anything. The job before ran over, and the supervisor called to apologize and let me know what time to expect them to arrive. That kind of thing is completely understandable, and gave me a little more time to finish last minute packing. They had estimated 4 hours for my move and that's exactly how long it took. My friend recommended this moving company after using them for a recent relocation, and I'm glad I listened.

Our close friends had a few rather valuable things turn up missing. As more "help" showed up randomly, they couldn't keep up with the "workers" wandering around, going back and forth to their cars, etc. For us it was a terrible and painful experience. It was stressful enough helping them pack and move, but the loss of items was devastating. The personalities seemed kind enough, but there is no question things vanished. Very frustrating. Very discouraging.

Opening Everything!

A To Z just helped move my mom into Independent Living this afternoon. Zak & Mason did an amazing job making a difficult move much simpler. They were on time, took great care in packing all of her items on the truck. They wrapped furniture items in moving blankets. They were also extremely friendly. We will absolutely be using them again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Amber was very unreasonable to work with as she was very pushy and seemed to only care about the pricing. I was quoted 4 hours to empty and move 3 storage units into our new home with possible overcharges for additional time needed. I was estimated and quoted at $1,300 ((which is wayyy overpriced already compared to other movers I just chose them unfortunately because they had the earliest availability- clearly because no one was booking them and now I understand why)) my final charge was OVER $2,000 AND they didn't even finish the job! I still have a storage unit that is full... When I addressed this to the movers and Amber she stated the movers were tired and suggested I rent a uhaul and finish the rest ourselves.... also when I went to the storage unit I found the movers playing with our gender reveal smoke grenades we had in the storage and it seems they even used one and released the smoke of one right outside the storage unit garage doors leaving a big blue smoke stain on the ground - makes you think what other belongings they touched or went through.

They were the cheapest quote in the area I received, half the cost of Two Men & a Truck, but the quality of service did not suffer. I hired this company last min to load a uhaul in a scramble after another terrible company cancelled my move. Zach was amazing at organizing a same day team and gave me advice on how to go about renting a truck and what equipment to get. The team arrived a little later than quoted however they were very good at communicating the delay and ensured they would be quick with the move. My building is known for being horrible to move in and out of given the long walk in the tunnel and multiple elevators. This team was very efficient and careful with my furniture. They finished the job in great time and it cost me less that the original quote. The guys even offered to drive my uhaul for me if I got approval. Should have hired them from the beginning. They are a great moving company and would recommend them to anyone looking for cost effective, respectful and efficient movers!

Cecil and his team of young men made what I thought was gonna be a stressful move smooth sailing. They arrived on time, moved us to two locations and even carried my sofa up 4 flights of stairs when the elevator it’s my apt wasn’t working. I will continue to recommend AtoZ moving. In one word: Amazing! We moved from Cleveland to New York City and A to Z Moving were just amazing. We booked them to pack, move and unpack and they came packed us all up within a few hours, met us in NYC the next day, moved us in and unpacked, again quick and smoothly. Well this was the worst moving experience I've ever had. Damage to my couch after they told me they would provide covers. Once movers arrived refused to put original plastic on after 30mins they did a time check n seemed very unprifessional. They moved partial items inwhich was included in my inventory. Contacted management immediately with concerns filled out a damage claim which WAS NEVER ADDRESS. N O DID I MENTION I ENDED UP GETTING BED BUGS IN THE COUCH N HAD TO PAY FOR THAT. NO I HAVENT FORGOTTEN ABOUT THIS N ITS STILL upsetting to this day to know you pay your hard earns money for very poor service. After management appeared to care and would escalate the situation.

A to Z did tremendous work for me with a crosstown move (west side to east side). I couldn't start looking for movers until about two weeks out due to logistics. A to Z was available and answered all my questions. The day of the move, they were there on time with a full staff. Moving out was handled within about a three-hour window. It would've been less if not for a basement refrigerator I had to take with me. It was a geometric nightmare to get it out, but the on-site staff and one of the heads of the company figured it out. I was concerned I didn't do a particularly good job organizing my stuff, but the staff was friendly and reassuring that it was done just fine. The move into my new home was efficient and handled with care as well. Every piece of furniture, box, outdoor tools, etc., was put exactly where I wanted it. All things considered, it was effective and relatively painless. The final price was fair given the circumstances. I would recommend A to Z to others for their move as well. Kudos for your professionalism and a job well done.

Charged me $703 to move a one bedroom apartment 10 miles. The move consisted of a complete king sized bedroom set, 7 piece sectional, a granite two piece table with 6 chairs and 20 boxes. Had to pay someone else to bring granite table top because they said it was too heavy and they would bring it later that day and then they called and said it would be 3 days before they could get it. I'm not happy with this.

This is a long review, but I feel the details are important. I HIRED A to Z Moving and Driving, LLC after movers with a Westlake moving company "flaked out" on me a week ago. The driver wasn't thrilled that they had to pick up at my apartment, drop off at another location, pick up items at the drop off location and deliver them back to my apartment. He said they were never told this. I learned of the driver/mover's frustration because his cell phone rang mine (not sure how), and I heard his conversation with the person helping with the move. I, of course, called the manager/supervisor and canceled. Because of the situation above, I called and spoke with Zach (spelling ?) the day after Thanksgiving, mind you, who was understanding and scheduled a move for December 5. I was surprised because it was a Sunday, but Zach said they moved seven days a week. What a difference it was to work with A to Z Moving and Driving, LLC compared to the Westlake moving company and a Parma moving company I hired last year to move me into my apartment. Seriously. The movers with the Parma company wouldn't move some of my containers or my punching bag stand because they said they were too heavy. Tony and Daniel were efficient, fast, and thorough. I was very appreciative that they showed up and easily handled the move. They moved a loveseat to my mom's, picked up all of my containers and my punching bag stand, and moved them back to my apartment without a problem. Also, the price was below what I was expecting. I want to move out of Ohio in 2022 and learned that A to Z Moving and Driving, LLC handles out-of-state moves. I would hire the moving company again because they also take care of vehicles. Seeing that Tony served our country (same branch as my father), I'd trust him to handle my vehicle. And it would make my dad happy knowing that a former fellow service member was on the job. -Amandah B.

Short Story on how she turned a potential nightmare into a great business opportunity and positive impression. • The moving crew I originally secured to assist me in my move, cancelled on me at the last minute, forcing me to scramble to find someone that could assist me with my move the next day. I realized this was very short notice to line something up, but Amber assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that her guys would be there for as long as I needed them. I had the pleasure of working with Larry and Joe during my move and would definitely recommend working with them for any type of relocation/moving services you may require. Terrible company. Watched them break a floor lamp and a tv stand while moving a friend of mine. When she called to figure out what could be done she was pretty much blown off by the person on the phone. They are sending a claim form but told her its likely nothing will get compensated. What kind of business runs like that. I felt so bad for her.

They literally disassembled my 2 beds, tv, sofa and brought a large amount of boxes onto their truck in 2 hours and same with my fiancees place and finished it all within 4 hours then unloaded at location extremly fast and efficient and assembled everything to perfection as well no damages at all.
