Rented a portable storage container from this company. Portable Storage. Ca from Chatham, Ontario. The best experience I ever had. Brad was polite, knowledgeable. The container was clean, solid and they deliver it on time. When I was done with it, called the company, no problem, we'll be there to pick it up anytime you want and they did. No problem at all. Really happy about this experience and I recommend it

Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff. Container was clean, inside and out. Packing suggestions were excellent and resulted in no damage to items in unit. I also appreciated the fact that at the last minute, to meet my insurance company's requirements, I was able to make arrangements to store my unit on the Chatham site . At the end of 15 months to everything arrived just as packed.

Our moving plan was turned upside down by Covid-19. The original plan was for 20 people (family and friends) to do the bulk of the move in a very short period of time. When that was no longer possible, we looked into other alternatives and found Portable Storage out of Chatham. We ordered a large bin 3+ weeks before our move and over a few weeks my wife and I were able to empty the house and fill the bin ourselves. Contact with PortableStorage representatives was great, delivery times were discussed and clear, the storage bin arrived in good condition both at our old house and our new house with out belongings. Financially - the costs were quite reasonable for a month of storage bin rental and 3 drop off / pickup's. I would use again.

Communicated really well with us. The price was really good considering the convenience. The portable storage made moving with kids easy, as the packing and unpacking was done at our own pace with the boxes kept out of the way. The staff was very friendly and they were always available. When we were ready they moved the bins in a timely manner for us. The movers were really friendly and engaging with the children. Would highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend Portable Storage as a solution to anyone with temporary storage requirements. The storage unit arrived promptly after requesting it, was placed properly and completely level without damaging the driveway, was clean (both inside and outside) and fresh smelling and was completely weather-proof through all seasons. They properly assessed my storage requirements and did not even attempt to "oversell" me a unit any larger than I actually needed. I had the storage unit much longer than expected and that was not at all an issue. The rental fee was stopped the day (a Sunday afternoon!) I informed the company that I no longer needed the storage unit and it was removed, again without causing any damage, the very next day (Monday morning). They were very easy and professional to work with. The fee they charge is the most reasonable of all the options I investigated; I see no reason to pay a higher fee to a competitor. Great job Portable Storage!!!

This company is Great! We rented a container from them for 4 months in between moving. The units they provide are very clean & tidy. The have good air flow & seal up nice. I had doubts about putting my entire house in a container for an undisclosed amount of time but this storage solution worked out great. Everything came out just as it went in. We had our container moved 3 times in between filling it & emptying it. All our contents remained in the same orientation we packed them in. The customer service was top notch they are careful & courteous to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Portable Storage again if the need arises. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from me!

We had occasion to rent a full-size container from Portable Storage for a one year period while doing some work on our garage/shop. Throughout the entire process and in each and every interaction, Brad and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Extremely professional, highly accommodating, thorough, timely and clear. There were no hidden surprises whatsoever and no gimmicks, tricks, etc. What they told us at the start was precisely what they did. The physical delivery and pick up were on time and very professionally performed. Overall, I rate Chatham Portable Storage 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to others.
