Today was mighty HOT! The Mike's Moving crew of Steve, Kyle and Adam were extremely professional, even through the heat, everything was cared for with no damage. Steve was very upfront with risks of damage (none occured) and there was full communication during the entire process. To be clear, I am not the customer but the son in law, however was around as a helping hand. If I ever need a mover, I know who I would call! Thank you from my In-laws.

Beware of the misleading quote they will give you over the phone.when they're quoting to get the business they'll tell it to you one way but in your contract it can be worded differently. The only reason this got one star is cuz I didn't have to lift anything. If you try to call them and question them they immediately go to threatening use of a collection agency. That's definitely an action of feel guilty! I highly recommend that you use their service at an absolute last resort! Also watch out for the materials charge. They didn't have to use anything but yet you will find a small materials fee! If I looked up crook in the Webster's dictionary I would expect to find Mikes Moving as the definition.. Also beware that you will be paying for them to make their coffee stops and all that kind of stuff along the way which was very pleasant to know that I pay their hourly rate to get a coffee nice. I would also assume it might have been a little bit more than coffee because it took them over an hour to get to a location that was 44 km, Highway kilometers which took them over an hour. Edit: It's not that it was understood in was unclear/not stated. Worded and verbally communicated very open ended!

Excellent Service. Super friendly Matt, Ryan and Corey arrived early on a Monday morning to move furniture for a relative to Chatham Retirement Resort. Efficient, careful and timely. Highly recommend this company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I’ e just finished my move with them and they severely damaged some of my furniture. They also couldn’t get a pice out of the house, and spent almost an hour wasting time on it and driving up my moving place. When I called to report these problems I found out that the movers had not reported the damage done to my furniture and completely covered up the entire thing. The company is now trying to accuse me of lying to avoid paying for the damage. The lady on the phone was rude, accusatory and uncooperative. ABSOLUTE worst moving company I’ve ever used. ZERO STARS.

We hired mikes for our move three days before Christmas twoyears ago and they were very professional. They took their time loading the truck and were experts with the unpacking and resetting the beds up some very steep stairs. The quote that we got up front was what we paid. Be careful with this company. After paying our invoice they contacted us days later demanding more money. They did not complete the move. The employees complained while working. The lanaguage was inappropriate. The manager yelled on the telephone. Employee tried to charge for products not used...causing an argument on site between employees. Owner refuses to discuss matter with us......the list goes on.

They missed 2 brand new chairs they were meant to pick up... everyone makes mistakes. What separates the good businesses from the bad is how they make it right. In this instance they made a special trip to get her the chairs. Their kindness and consideration and all the help they offered was unexpected and deeply appreciated.

I found this company to be perfect from the moment I first called. Prompt attention to my request and instructions. When the three young men arrived they were prompt and FAST while still being careful and attentive. We were packed very quickly and on our way to out final destination. Upon arriving they unloaded and put things back together. My husband was not well and they really helped a lot. They were on their way and the total cost was great.
