Having UHauls on site makes life so easy, And they always ready to accommodate us if and when we need them including helping my husband out through covid lockdown with a place to store a huge trailer for his work. I belong to a Service Club (Lions) affected by Covid and our fundraising was squashed. We were looking for a shredding company and a storage facility as part of our fundraising endeavours.. Maple City Storage provided everything we needed to help make our event successful while most accommodating. We look at Maple City Storage as a one stop shop...they provide storage, document shredding and rental trucks all for a very reasonable price. The owner Richard, his daughter Jacklyn and son were always helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I am glad that Iron Mountain Shredding recommended them!

These guys are awesome especially your daughter that works there she helped me out a great deal and I only did I get a rent a truck for the day I wanted to polish it so bad but didn't have enough time and I still would like to and on top of that she did me a favour by dropping that fellows wallet off then I found that my storage place thank you guys for everything you're honest you're cool and I like you very much I'd like to repair whatever I have with you and maybe work a couple of days a week for you just for the sheer it would give me something to do I would enjoy either keeping your truck to clean or doing something in the parking lot that would let you focus on other stuff Carl Gilbert

The management does not want to take responsibility for damages due to mould and rust. They offered 2 months back $240.00 value while mold covered 100+years old rocking chair a microwave stand rust on my toolbox. Damages are more than $240.00

I have been a customer of this Mini Storage for many years. Over the years my company has faced financial hardships and road blocks, and Richard and team have always made it their business to make sure we have affordable access to our storage, space for trailers, and at times Uhaul trucks at the drop of a hat. Recently I was given a few hours notice that I had to remove stuff from one of my commercial ventures, and Richard / Katelynn stepped up and made sure to get me a 20ft Uhaul. The process took less than an hour from start to finish and I was ready to go. Thanks Maple City Mini Storage for exhibiting care and compassion for local business owners and clients alike. You are truly one of the businesses that looks out for its customers and makes things right.

Dirty, smelly always flooding. Garbage is always too full. The ground has pot holes everywhere. Not a great place. The upkeep is terrible. But if you need to store things you can. 2 stars for that.

I needed some legal documents shredded. I had two filing cabinets full. I called and within an hour they arrived with a secure bin, we loaded it and they took it away! Cheap, fast, courteous and helpful! I recommend them going forward.
