I have had a storage unit at Store-N-Save for almost 10 years. I have never had any issues with security whatsoever. The staff have always been very pleasant and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend Store-N-Save.

I have been with Store-N-Save for 5-6 yrs now and I have received the best customer service. The manager is very understanding and even helped to relocate from a big locker to a just right locker. The whole area is kept clean and staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Rented a unit for a year, it contained the contents of my fathers apartment after he passed away. The price went up 4 times. We were told they were upgrading the security cameras to cover all the units, not just the office. The units were water proofed and rodent and pest treated regularly. This is what made us pick them over other storage locations. No new cameras were ever installed. The only rodent and pest protection provided were traps in between the buildings. All of the boxes and furniture that were on the ground were ruined with water and all of the boxes that contained fabric were infested with mice, not all alive. For the almost $4,000 we spent to store all of his belongings we were forced to throw everything out. Their "insurance" you can purchase (which we did) in case something like this happened does not cover the damages we received. After talking to other customers they weren't covered when their units were regularly burglarized either. If you care about your property and don't want fee increases every quarter please go elsewhere.

One of the reasons why I rate this access storage place is because some of the staff at least looked out for me and may have saved my life thank you so much to that woman whoever she may be I'm sorry I brought these problems on myself but you stepped in to at least show me you care that means everything to me because everybody else is seem like has turn their head on my wife and I mostly me and the life I led I don't blame them I blame me but anyway thank you very much for that has showed me there still is some sort of love and care

I have had a unit for a number of years. At that time not knowing the operation and so on I was pleased to find out how well everything was run. The unit was clean , fit to my needs and ready on my requested time.I have dealt with various staff over time, and all of them have been great to work with for any needs be it supplies, changes or misc items that may have come up.I have recently taken on a 2nd unit dealing with the then storage consultant Megan who is now the site manager. Keeping experienced staff means they get to know and understand the customers needs and allows the customer to know we receive good and friendly service. This makes for a very efficient business. I have had very good service over the years as I continue with the current ladies . I would not have taken a 2nd unit without this safe and reliable operation I continue to enjoy.
