They were quick, didn't quit/take breaks (but they could have!), didn't complain, were very careful and knowledge and very patient with us. We were very impressed with them and happy to have them help us. 100% would call them to help us again. Not only was the service great the price was too! Bonus that they knew the landlord here so they could help us get the elevator in service for the move!

On the other hand, they damaged a piece of furniture, broke my work desk (they offered me a mini discount of $ 40 on my ridiculous bill), and also broke the legs of our dryer. Not to mention that their hands were so dirty that they soiled our freshly painted walls that we had a lot of trouble getting the stains off. They tried a few times to charge us extra for furniture (according to them) that was heavier. We also paid a deposit when booking. At moving day, they wanted to charge me this amount by saying that they were not aware of the deposit. Maybe there is a lack of communication in the company where this man was trying to put this amount in his pocket? No idea..... (Original) Suite au bon avis sur google je m'attendais a un service exceptionnel mais ca n'a pas été le cas. Les déménageurs ont été relativement rapide et étaient très polie. Par contre, ils ont endommagés un meuble, casser mon bureau de travail (ils m'ont offert un mini rabais de 40$ sur ma facture qui est ridicule), et aussi briser les pattes de notre sécheuse. Sans parler que leurs mains étaient tellement sale qu'ils ont salis nos murs fraichement peint que nous avons eu beaucoup de misère a faire partir les taches. Ils ont tentés a quelques reprises de nous facturer des extra pour des meubles (selon eux) qui étaient plus lourd. Nous avons aussi payé un dépôt lors de la réservation. Rendu le jour du déménagement, ils ont voulus me chargés ce montant en disant qu'ils n'étaient pas au courant du dépôt. Peut etre qu'il y a un manque de communication dans la compagnie ou cet homme tentait de mettre ce montant dans sa poche? Aucune idée.....
