We hired this company to move ourselves from a three floor semi detatched to a large house further away. These guys were quick, efficient, they knew their stuff, they were funny, polite and considerate. They didn't want me to lift a finger! Nothing was broken, there were HUGE challenges that they had to overcome with the furniture and they managed without any damages. They took things apart and put it back together for me, they asked me what floor I needed things on so I wouldn't be stuck moving things alone when they were gone. I would have paid more than our bill for this service. Nothing but good things to say. I will use them again if I move and will ensure that everyone I know uses them! :)

2 guys came to deliver my TV at my work for me. They called 5 minutes before arriving to make sure it was a convenient time. Then when I told them to park close to my vehicle, they said if I unlocked it, they would put it right in for me. They loaded the TV up and went on their way. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Hi, The guys that were here (on time)to deliver our washer/dryer were awesome. They were clean, professional and courteous. Even one of the guys had twisted his ankle on an earlier delivery but kept on working. Great Service all around.

The delivery men were professional and easy to deal with. There was good communication with them except for a miscommunication from their higher ups regarding the installation of pedestals that were purchased as part of a package. However, once we got it sorted out everything went as smoothly as could be. I enjoyed working with them and would do so again.

The delivery men were prompt in communicating with us. They called us about 20 minutes before they arrived to let us know that they were close. They were very careful with our purchased items and moved them in professionally and safely. They made sure everything was ok and took the time to let us inspect the items before taking away all the packing materials. They wore masks and were very respectful of our safety. How as a company , do you send under qualified individuals to someone's home, damage their hardwood floors after being paid for a service and deni all accountability on the damages. If you want your house or apartment destroyed all while paying a hefty fee then this is the moving company for you.

Delivered my new washing machine and hauled the old one away. The guys did a good job and were careful with the new appliance. Took one star away because the guys did NOT wear masks, even while in my home, which made me very uncomfortable. One guy actually put one on outside when he saw I was wearing one, but had taken it off by the time he got inside with the washer, which makes no sense.

These guys were good. Arrived when they said they would, moved things on a very rainy day but wrapped all the furniture in padding to protect it. Placed everything where we wanted. Moved a few awkward/heavy things and got it all done in the estimated time so we were on budget. We did have everything ready and the necessary furniture disassembled. We were very happy with the service.

This was an out of province move of a 2 bedroom apartment into a small 2 bedroom house. The 3 guys were fantastic, friendly and efficient. Everyone took COVID precautions seriously and everything went smoothly. This is my fifth move with Premiere...would never pick anyone else and have recommended them to many who now say the same. Always great service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Local move - Was overcharged among other things. After giving me an estimate and telling me that if a number of boxes were moved by someone else before Premiere's moving day, the cost would drop considerably. It took my friend 2 days to move most of the boxes and yet, I ended up paying more than the estimated price quoted. Several furniture pieces were scratched and my area rug is ruined after it being rolled and then folded over. Three men were sent to do the move whereas two would have been sufficient. But by sending three, they could charge more an hour. I will never ever refer this company to anyone, even to my worst enemy!
