We were on a cruise and our family was looking forward to exploring the island on our day in port. We made a reservation but an expected delivery of vehicles didn't come in so there weren't any cars available. Distressing news for sure. Alex, the branch manager there was deeply apologetic and offered to pay for an excursion that allowed us to move ahead with our plans. Knowing how expensive excursions were (the reason for the rental), I told him it'd be considerably more costly than the rental but he said that wouldn't be a problem and to go ahead and book it - which we did. While we didn't get reimbursed immediately, I can happily report that the funds arrived. I'm still a little shocked that a company would come through like that and cover the expense of our alternate plans. What a great group of people. Thank you, Alex, and thank you, Enterprise!

Easy pickup - We found our Sydney and Baddeck drive to be easy, directions from the Enterprise people was a Google map, but it worked fine. Our return was a little iffy, as we found construction had blocked the name of the street that we needed to turn onto to go back to the Enterprise office. So... we found the landfill and took a tour around it to get back to their office! Thank you for your pickup and delivery to our cruise ship!

Worst car rental place of all time. I think you need to change your paying options, cause most people use a debit MC or debit Visa. And they don't accept cash. How freakin hard is it to rent a vechical on this island. I'll make sure my opinion of this place goes viral. Imagine I came home for a visit and couldn't get around. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Rented a vehicle through them for several days for a trip. A few hours after returning the vehicle, it occurred to me that I had forgotten a personal item inside of the vehicle. Upon contacting them about it the following day, they completely denied the item even being in the vehicle. My personal belonging was confiscated and stolen by whomever cleaned and inspected the vehicle. Completely unprofessional and ill business practice. I will NEVER entertain the thought of renting from these thieves ever again. Renter be cautioned.

I had a weekend rental. I was picked up from the Delta Hotel promptly and driven to the Enterprise office. The 2 Alex's, Robert, Jon and Peter were all very friendly but still professional. The registration was seamless and speedy. The Buick Verano was an ideal vehicle choice for completing the errands that I needed to do over the weekend. Never have vehicles when we want one. And the ones that the advertise on the website, they never have In stock! Tried them 4 times in the last year, last time it was a mess. We asked for a VW Jetta, we had to settle for a very small compact car with not many bells and whistles. We were very disappointed and the man behind the counter read the the fine print - which unless you have microscopic eyesight, I would never be able to read. It stated that some models may not be as advertised !!! When the 4rh time we asked for this and everytime it was never on the lot! I'm fed up! Im switching to another company. Cause they will upgrade you if your choice is not on the lot to a nicer vehicle. Thanks for nothing enterprise!

The best car rental service in town. Had booked a Malibu or similar car in their website, for 4 days but when i went there to collect my car, they gave us a brand new 9km driven Chrysler 300. We enjoyed the trip a lot. Highly recommended????

First thing is for an area that promotes tourism as it's main staple it amazes me that on a Saturday you can not pick up a rental car past noon in August and when I asked about the possibility of having someone there for around 2 pm to get my car for a two week rental the person seemed mortified I would even ask such a thing.The price from the same company a few miles up the road at the airport was almost double for the same vehicle and that location does not answer it's phone anyway,not a company I would recommend or seek out myself again,they had no interest in trying to help a person out she simply said nope we are closed at two that day.And in this comment section you have to check at least one star before you can hit post,I did not want to give any stars to this type of customer service.

The staff at this location are incredible! They're always friendly and so quick to help you out. Picking up your rental is a breeze. Call ahead for winter tires as Enterprise doesn't automatically include them in your rental and only about 50% of their fleet has them.

Before renting a vehicle, make it your best interest to inspect and document damages. They tried to blame me for damages to the driver side quarter panel of a new 2018 VW Passat - They "lost" their copy of the pink vehicle documentation page which highlighted the damages to the passenger quarter panel! This I made clear to associate before signing any paperwork, her response was "must have came off the transport truck that way" Very disappointing experience and certainly do not like to take the blame for someone else's mistake.

GREAT service. Meghan stayed late and made sure we got our rental when flight was late getting in. This was in Sept. 2019. Now if your with Enterprise and reading this, the manager has got to go. Talking to him on phone in that morning, we slam our doors closed at 12:30am and you lose, some folks shouldn't be working with or in customer related business....

Reservation was for noon on Saturday. The branch closes at noon…..and they aren’t open until Tuesday. I’m without a car for 3 days and their customer service offered no solutions, refunds or anything. Worst customer experience maybe ever.

Terrible experience here coming off a cruise ship. The "pickup van" left twice without us. When I suggested that other non-drivers be left behind so all the drivers could get their cars, I was ignored. Didn't wait around for the third time.

Came in on a cruise for the day. A bit of a challenge getting picked up at the port. Van showed up quite late, and would only take drivers back to the office since there were so many people waiting. They should have sent more than one van. Obviously, this meant that I had to go back to the port to pick up my wife after picking up the car. Once I got to the office, the experience was quite positive. Without a doubt, the most personable and professional car rental agency staff I've ever encountered. Vehicle was clean and operated perfectly. Rental return process and getting back to the port all went smoothly. Overall very nice experience.

I rent quite often from you and had never had any problems , until the last one, the car window was not clean it had some kind flim on it like smoke or something not quite sure ,after picking up the car after 5 pm I started out on the highway and that's when I realized, I could barely see I had to drive for 1/2 hour home .other then that one time no problems at all, I like the weekend specials which I always get and the unlimited miles in the maritime's

I had a good experience with Enterprise. They picked me up at the collision center with a new fully loaded Dodge Durango. I don't like Dodge but it was a good SUV, an acceptable temporary loaner to replace our Sante Fe. I considered 5 stars but I took one star off for having my least preferred brand of vehicle.
