They delivered an upright freezer , Service was very good experience, your people were professional and did their job quickly. When they unpacked the freezer we noticed that the door on the lower side was damaged but the box was not damaged. Therefore it was deducted that this was done by a forklift and moving it around in the factory. Your driver took a picture and was supposed to report it. Can you please advise what will be done or what we have to do to correct this problem.

The two guys who delivered or fridge were great! Very professional and patient! Our fridge was too big to make it through our doors so they had to problem solve and figure out what to do! Very quickly they were able to take the doors off to get it inside and where we wanted it, and took extra care to make sure that it was put together properly before they left! We’re very excited for our new fridge!
