We are a military family. We were booked to move with this company. Two women, a mother and daughter, one named Verda from Moncton were our Packers. We booked the pack date. They asked to come the day before for a couple of hours to pack non essentials. We said sure. They came, started packing and then said we're going to try to get it done today. We said no not possible. We were told 2 hours of non essentials. It had already been more than that. We told them they could stay till 1. But that we still had stuff to prepare for. They ended up packing our entire kitchen, and bedding. As military we are provide Hotel stays. We now had to stay an extra night because of these over zealous Packers. No we are trying to get our reimbursement for our hotel stay and we are being told that we are lying. That we approved the early pack. They have not contacted us to see what happened, just said we are lying. We have receipts for the hotel and texts from my husband to his superior office to talk about what's going on. It's a horrible experience. That we are still fight one month after our move. Do Not Recommend

I had a fridge delivered yesterday. The guys were very helpful, explained everything. There was a chance it might not fit through my door. Being very careful and professional they were able to get it in. I’m not sure another delivery company would have taken the time needed to use different methods needed.

AMJ was the designated shipper for a box spring and mattress set we purchased from Costco and shipped directly from Sealy. It took almost a month to arrive at our home and when it was delivered finally the plastic covering it was filthy dirty and the box spring was damaged. It was extremely frustrating dealing with this company! I absolutely would not recommend them!

I was given a timeframe of arrival a few days in advance. The day of, I received a 30 minute arrival notice. Very appreciative of that. We had two very heavy and awkward motorized loveseats delivered. The movers were skilled and did not complain. After recently hearing a horror story of another moving company with inexperienced movers, use of profanity and many damaged items… I was extremely pleased with AMJ Campbell - Fredericton.

The two young men that delivered and set up our new washer were very polite and efficient. They removed the old washer, unpacked the new washer and made sure there was no damage, before setting up the new washer. They made sure the washer was hooked up, level, and no leaks before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for service to friends and family.
