No service at all! My package arrived in my city 3 weeks ago. Every day the tracker said it was going to be delivered that day, but it wasn't . After about a week I sent an inquiry to know if there had been delivery attempts but I didn't get any answers. The tracker stopped updating that same day so a few days after that I sent another inquiry to know what was happening. Today, a week after my second inquiry (which still hasnt been answered) I check the tracker to see that my delivery has been cancelled.

Packages were stolen not once, but twice because they where left at the entrance of my unprotected apartment building. I apparently signed the 2nd delivery when I was 30 mins away from my apartment at a training for work... When I asked for proof of delivery, they never send it... Terrible service and e-mails that say nothing but, i am sorry to hear, but go talk to the seller... I already asked the seller for a replacement and the replacement got stolen... The job of a delivery company is to get a parcel from seller to buyer SAFELY. I will stop buying anything from any companies that supporting this terrible delivery service...

They left my package in front of the door house where everyone can take it without knowing I was there. There's many bad reviews about this problem and nothing have been done to deal with the bad services of your delivery people. Also, I tried to change an adress because it was not the right one anymore for one of my packages and they said it was impossible and that they had to send it back... I did it with Purolator without problems. I tried to talk with the "boss" and the woman transfered me to him but I waited for so long without answer and then it cutted. The woman tried to help but the boss is the problem. Very poor manner for not answering the phone and shut it after I waited for so long. Don't order with them for things of values.

The tracking isn't the best since another pointed out that they keep doing the " expected by .." and keep renewing the date only, you don't get a warning that its out for delivery. The delays are a bit worrying also, but i emailed them about it in english and they responded quickly so that calmed me down. I waited patiently and actually got my items. I would have loved to be there when they were delivered but i wasn't. Still i got my packages that's why i added a star. Their tracking systems need to get better but as worried as i was for my packages because of the other reviews it turned out fine.

I am glad to be the first one writing a review for this company in Quebec city. So far the customer service is a joke. You call a number given by Virgin mobile and a guy from Montreal answer the call. He rapidly explains he is not the one to solve anything related to their delivery service, but he could send an email to the person responsible for it in Quebec city. He also gave me a phone number. I called them and it was impossible to talk to someone, or even let a message because their message box was full! I mean... Ah my product is still nowhere to be found. Bad service. Run away.

Delivered a package at 11:46PM and left it in my apartment building lobby, where anyone could have stolen it. It stayed there all night long. AVOID. Update: they responded to this review and did not seem to read it completely. Also, I saw that they told other customers that they offer services in English only. Probably the worst carrier I've ever seen. My shipment is late, there's no update on the tracking site, there's no response from this company via email and the customer service is worthless. I've talked to a guy who had no idea how to help me. He kept saying my shipment was just delayed even though the tracking site indicated me that the shipment was in my city. They did not leave any notice of receipt. So I have no clue when I'll have it. You can't even go to their store/warehouse to pick up your shipment.

J’appelle pour en faire le suivi et expliquer que ça fait plusieurs jours que je devrais recevoir mon colis et que je ne trouve pas d’information sur le site. La personne me dit: « il fait tout simplement saisir le numéro pour tracter le colis sur notre site » c est comme si il me propose quelque chose de miracle. Cette compagnie est totalement irresponsable, pas moyen de parler à quelqun de compréhensible ( le français est horrible) et ils disent n'importe quoi , je n'ai aucune information sur le lieu ou se trouve mon colis vraiment c'est choquant! ...afin d'être juste je me dois d'ajouter quelques informations, je veux simplement souligner que si vous appelez au bon endroit vous aurez droit à un service exceptionnel , il s'agit de faires quelques recherches sur le web pour trouver le bon numéro de téléphone ici à Québec , le numéro 1-800 est une perte de temps mais quand on appelle à l'entrpôt c'est vraiment autre chose je n'ai que des éloges à faire au personnel sur place....efficace et courtois comme on les aime!
