Once entered the restaurant, there is no indication if it is a waitress who presents you your place or if you go directly you choose it by yourself. It took several minutes for me to feel that my presence was detected by the service. During rush hour, the restaurant is very noisy and it was easier to communicate by gestures than by voice. The space to circulate is also very limited. It is not uncommon for a person to hang the leg of another seated person when moving between the tables (including the service that hung on my left foot 3 times in the evening.) Overall, the service was good, the food was excellent and the portions were well stocked. Once seated in my place, it was pretty quick. A table d'hôte includes a soup, 2 imperial rolls with a small portion of salad and the main meal and everything is served one at a time. (So you don't feel like you have to hurry to eat hot.) I went out satisfied about 45 minutes after I got home. The table d'hôte cost me just under $ 20 taxes included. I intend to return. So, satisfactory food, very acceptable cost, but a noisy atmosphere and a very limited space. I do not recommend going there alone if you are overweight as you may not even be able to sit in the space between the tables. Une fois entré dans le restaurant, il n'y a pas d'indication si c'est une serveuse qui vous présente votre place ou si vous aller directement vous la choisissez par vous-même. Il a fallu plusieurs minutes pour que j'ai le sentiment que ma présence a été détecté par le service. Durant l'heure de pointe, le restaurant est très bruyant et il était plus facile de communiquer par gestes que par la voix. L'espace pour circuler est également très restreinte. Il n'est pas rare qu'une personne accroche les jambe d'une autre personne assise lorsqu'elle circule entre les tables (incluant le service qui s'est accroché à mon pieds gauche 3 fois dans la soirée.) De façon générale, le service était bon, la nourriture était excellente et les portions était bien garnie. Une fois assis à ma place, ça l'a été assez rapide. Une table d'hôte comprend une soupe, 2 rouleaux impériaux avec une petite portion de salade et le repas principal et le tout est servi un à la fois. (Vous n'avez donc pas l'impression d'avoir à vous dépêcher pour manger chaud.) Je suis sorti satisfait environ 45 minutes après avoir rentré. La table d'hôte m'a coûter un peu moins de 20$ taxes incluses. Je compte bien y retourner. Donc, nourriture satisfaisante, coût très acceptable, mais une ambiance bruyante et un espace très restreint. Je déconseille de vous y présenter seuls si vous faites de l’embonpoint car il se pourrait que vous ne réussirez même pas à vous asseoir dans l'espace disponible entre les tables.

We decided to check this place out based on reviews. While the menu options were listed in both English and French no one seemed to speak any English past a few words. However, the host did manage to say where we could buy beer (it's BYOB apparently) and the waitress understood "fried noodles chicken." The portions were large, vegys were fresh and it was delicious. Even better it was fast! Apparently dessert and maybe soup are included too but we didn't know or want it so I think that's why they adjusted the price. Highly recommended ????

You know when a restaurant is good when it’s always busy! After walking by twice with a full house, we decided to go here for dinner. Part of their menu is à la cart, however, you have a full page of entrées that comes with soup and a beef roll. I ordered a vegetarian noodle dish. It was a large portion with thin noodles and an assortment of vegetables. The coconut curry soup I chose was amazing and spicy. They allowed me to order a salad instead of the beef roll. The menu is in both French and English and the staff were very welcoming offered great service.

I was hungry after a long day of walking. Since this restaurant was near my hotel, I decided to stop by. I don't know about the service since I ordered take out but, the waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food was okay. The chicken soup was too salty for my taste and the general tao with rice and vegetables was fine, but the chicken was already soggy by the time I came back to my hotel (only a minute away).
