Bien que nous avions beaucoup de choses, et qu'ils avaient estimé la possibilité d'un 2e voyage, ils ont réussi a tout faire en 1 seul, à l'intérieur du 4h. Rien n'a été brisé. Mon seul bémol, nous n'avions pas été informés qu'un secteur est ouvert 24/24 et 7/7. Cela nous aurait été plus pratique. Nous ferons affaire avec eux à nouveau sans hésiter, en cas de besoin.

It took them 5 HOURS TO LOAD THE TRUCK, and they said it was my fault, because my fridge was not emptying any food (takes 5 minutes to empty it) and there were linens not in bags on my couches ....... (big 15 minutes max .......), and took 1 hour 45 minutes TO DELOAD the truck, it makes no sense ...... :( :( :( En principle, I've always done my moves myself with friends and family and it never took me 5 hours to load my stuff, I still just have a 4 1/2 ....... On top of all that, I had to come back to pick up some stuff the following weekend. When I contacted them to make an agreement, the lady was more than condescending and took me for less than nothing ...... I had just paid $ 1560.00 for a move St-Jean, Qc ....... I had been offered 1200 or 1300 $ and I accepted (1200, 1300 ..... not rich me the single mother. .... :() because I wanted to have peace of mind ... finally it was worse than if I had done it myself- even .... it is sure that I manage to give them bad publicity, I have never been so disappointed and not satisfied with a job done ...... No one as a company .... ... (Original) Ils m'ont déménagé le 29 avril, je suis partie de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu vers Québec. J'ai un grand 4 1/2'' très meublés et beaucoup de trucs qui ne s'emballent pas dans des cartons ou autres... Ce n'était vraiment pas la première fois que je déménageais dans ma vie (environ 25 fois..... et je n'exagère pas). Avant mon déménagement, ils ont été vraiment poli et courtois, les 2 jeunes hommes qui m'ont déménagé un dimanche aussi était bien gentils.....(même si un des 2 gars avait un air plutôt condescendant), ils n'ont pas réussi à entrer tous mes choses dans un camion de 24 pieds. Ca leur a pris 5 HEURES LOADER LE CAMION, et ils ont dis que c'était ma faute, car mon frigidaire n'était pas vider de nourritures (prend 5 minutes le vider) et ils y avaient du linges pas dans des sacs sur mes divans....... (gros 15 minutes max.......), et prit 1H45 POUR DELOADER le camion,ca n'a aucun bon sens...... :(:(:( En principe, j'ai toujours fait mes déménagements moi-même avec des amis et familles et ca ne m'a jamais prit 5 heures pour loader mes trucs, j'ai quand même juste un 4 1/2....... En plus de tous ca, j'ai du revenir pour ramasser des affaires le weekend suivant. Quand je les ai contacté pour prendre entente, la dame a été plus que condescendante et me prenait pour une moins que rien...... je venais de payer 1560.00$ pour un déménagement St-Jean, Qc....... on m'avait soumissionné 1200 ou 1300$ et j'ai accepté (1200, 1300..... pas riche moi la mère monoparental..... :( ) car je voulais avoir l'esprit tranquille... finalement ca été pire que si je l'avais fait moi-même.... c'est sur que je m'arrange pour leur faire une mauvaise publicité, je n'ai jamais été aussi décu et non satisfaite d'un travail fait...... Nul comme compagnie.......
