This company is taking money from customers for delivery of goods and they have no trucks so they contract real trucking companys and will not pay the companys they contract, so the owners of the items have to pay the drivers to get there item back as in the trucking world loads do not get released till pay for. Any one with info. on this company please contact Niagara Police Department.

This firm was very professional and also had reasonable rates vs others I obtained. I had my combine harvester picked up at my door and it was delivered to my relatives door, went from Toronto to Calgary. I was informed where the machinery was, driver contacted me after delivery all OK. Dispatcher also followed up after delivery making sure all was fine. My overall experience with Bilberry is great. They are very responsive and fast. The shipment is also fast and professional that my two vehicles are checked very carefully (including milage) at both pickup and delivery. They also provided good flexibility about pickup and delivery dates to cater to my needs. My only minor issue is about its tracking webpage, which was not updated very timely, which raised my concern and I made several phone calls to clear it. So if you don't see updates on the tracking webpage, you will probably be fine as long as you confirm with a representative from the company.

Overall I had a very smooth and stress-free experience shipping with them. My broker, was very kind and helpful and walked me through everything I needed to do. Once I connected with the actual transporter she kept in touch to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly. I had no problems with the transporter they chose and there were no hidden fees/unexplained charges. The only caveat is that the price often jumps from what you are quoted in the beginning due to variables in weather, route popularity, etc but I think that is pretty typical. Would recommend!
