Bon endroit pour ceux qui commence dans le camionage soit pour faire son stage et prendre de l'expérience ou pour les plus expérimentés qui veulent travailler en paix sans stress ni complication .La paie est honnête pour du USA (950$~1100$\semaine* si vous dormez chez vos clients et gerez votre log inteligement. *salaire moyen de base, sans l'ancienneté. Votre salaire augmentera à chaque années) et les voyages sont bien. Ils ont des vieux camion peterbilt manuel remis à neuf qui vont habituellement bien mais qui ont parfois des problemes. Ils sont en processus d'acheter plusieurs camions neufs pour la première fois depuis bien longtemps et c'est une bonne chose. Les véhicules sont generalement bien entretenus. Si vous êtes du genre à roulez 11~13 heures par jour toute la semaine c'est pas le meilleur endroit car c'est surtout du live load entre boucherville et le NJ et les livraison/pickup ce font en moyenne entre 06h et 15h lorsque du coté USA donc vous allez souvent devoir dormir dans la cour de votre client avec de 2 à 3 heures de conduites encore disponible. Ce fut la raison principal de mon départ puisque j'ai quitté pour une compagnie qui fait surtout du trailer switch. Aussi, les camions sont attitré mais pas exclusif; vous aurez presque toujours le même camion à chaque semaine mais ils ce peut qu'un autre chauffeur le conduise pendant votre absence donc vous ne pouvez pas laisser tout vos effets dans le vehicule à la fin de votre semaine. Conseille pour les nouveaux camionneurs et étudiants du CFTC qui ne parle pas anglais et qui ont peur d'aller aux usa, faite votre stage ici ou une autre compagnie US, essayez le, il y a pas mal de vieux chauffeurs US qui parlent pas anglais et ils n'en sont pas morts.
