(Translated) I contacted moving 24/7 with great trepidation. We had had a disastrous experience with other movers. It started off badly. The day before I am 5 hours ahead of me when the site is not ready to receive them before noon as written in the contract. We do everything to be ready at 8am. They arrive 45 minutes late with two guys when our contract said 4. At his suggestion. I condone a little. I tell myself that there is no reliable mover in Quebec !!! Then within seconds the guys were on their phones to find another world. Finally the owner came with another person and things took a normal beat. 36 degree, they worked fast. Very quickly. Too fast. I remembered to take breaks. Pcq it was hot but also pcq when we hurry, we break things. I was nevertheless very satisfied with the guys. In general. We paid them beer because it was so well done. Professional and friendly. It deserves a good tip and pat on the shoulder. A job well done is said! ... A few days later, I unpack my boxes to realize that several objects have been damaged. To the list of two broken mirrors I add: all the mattresses full of black fingers, an important broken piece of furniture, several plates, decorations. The handles of the furniture have been torn off by dint of wanting to fit everything into a trip. On second thought, I don't understand why they go so fast if they are paid on time. I would have preferred to pay an hour more and have nothing to fix. I also wish I had paid an extra hour for the guys to put the boxes in the right place. Lastly they took 3 boxes and brought them all to the same place. They were tired I understand. The comment on the lack of delicacy is addressed to one member in particular. The others were concerned with my material and where I wanted the boxes. So I would say they are good guys. Good company with a good boss. But I think we should think of the little ladies who love their old antique furniture and not send "incredible Hulk" to transport them;) I would call them again. The price was reasonable. Very reasonable and the trucks clean. (Original) J'ai contacté déménagement 24/7 avec beaucoup d'appréhension. Nous avions vécu une expérience désastreuse avec d'autres déménageurs. Ca a commencé mal. La veille on me devance de 5 hr alors que le chantier n'est pas prêt à les recevoir avant midi tel quinscris dans le contrat. On fait tout pour être prêt a 8h. Ils Arrivent 45 min en retard avec deux gars alors que notre contrat disait 4. A sa suggestion. Je capote un peu. Je me dis que ya aucun déménageur fiable a Québec!!! Puis, en quelques secondes les gars se sont mis sur leurs téléphones pour trouver d'autre monde. Finalement le proprio est venu avec une autre personne et les choses ont pris un beat normal. 36 degré, ils travaillaient vite. Très vite. Trop vite. Je rappelais de prendre des pauses. Pcq il faisait chaud mais aussi pcq quand on se dépêche, on brise des choses. J'étais néanmoins très satisfaite des gars. En général. On leur a payé la bière tellement c'était bien fait. Professionnel et friendly. Ca mérite un bon tip et des tapes sur l'épaule. Un travail bien fait ça se dit! ... Quelques jours après, je débale mes cartons pour me rendre compte que plusieurs objets ont été endommagés. A la liste de deux miroirs brisés j'ajoute : tous les matelas plein de doigts noirs, un meuble important brisé, plusieurs assiettes, décorations. Les poignées des meubles ont étés arrachés a force de vouloir tout rentrer dans un voyage. Après réflexion, je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils vont si vite s'ils sont payés à l'heure. Jaurais préféré payer une heure de plus et avoir rien a réparer. J'aurais aussi aimé payer une heure de plus pour que les gars mettent les boîtes au bon endroit. En dernier ils prenaient 3 boîtes et les amenaient tous au même endroit. Ils étaient fatigués je comprends. Le commentaire sur le manque de délicatesse s'adresse a un membre en particulier. Les autres étaient soucieux de mon matériel et de l'endroit où je voulais les boîtes. Donc je dirais que c'est des bons gars. Une bonne compagnie avec un bon patron. Mais je pense qu'il faudrait penser aux petites madames qui aiment leurs vieux meubles ancien et ne pas envoyer "incroyable Hulk" pour les transporter ;) Je les appellerais à nouveau. Le prix était raisonnable. Très raisonnable et les camions propres.
