(Une compagnie professionnelle fera parvenir un courriel avec un en tête professionnel, complet, qui comprendra à la fois une estimation générale et détaillée. Donc, cette estimation manquant de détail, j'ai téléphoné l'entreprise pour poser plus de questions afin d'obtenir des informations qui auraient dû apparaître en premier lieu dans l'estimation écrite. Après discussion, j'ai mentionné par courriel de retour être intéressé par le service. J'ai reçu un peu plus tard une confirmation de service, où pour la première fois je prends connaissance que le paiement doit être fait en argent comptant uniquement (une information qui aurait dû être fourni en premier lieu). De plus, lors de ma conversation téléphonique j'ai demandé si on chargeait un temps minimal de travail de 3 heures, ce à quoi on m'a répondu par l'affirmative, une autre information qu'on n'a pas fourni d'emblée, donc que l'on cache en partant. Finalement après les avoir informés que je paye seulement par carte de crédit lorsque l'information sur le mode de paiement aurait dû être fourni à prime abord, ils ont simplement annulé la réservation. Faites attention, au niveau service à la clientèle, c'est très très ordinaire. Préférez une entreprise 100% transparente dès le départ qui permet les paiements par carte de crédit et/chèques, vous serez mieux protégés en cas de problème! J'ai finalement reçu une demande de soumission d'une autre entreprise et c'est le jour et la nuit avec le professionnalisme et la transparence.

Update : I am removing a star - It’s been 8 months since I used these movers and I’ve been asking them several times to send me an official receipt since they promised this after they handed me a hand written paper that didn’t specify anything really. No one is getting back to me. I need this for taxes and it looks like they don’t want to claim it on their end ( I was charged taxes by this moving company ) They were really quick to respond when they wanted my money.. I’m also missing 2 Boxes! ORIGINAL REVIEW ( May 2020) “ Really great movers.. The owner was professional and showed great customer service. while the movers knew what they were doing, they were fast, efficient, courteous, kind and didn’t waste anytime. They listened and paid attention to detail ( they also didn’t smoke while on the job which was a huge plus for me ) I would highly recommend them and I’ll certainly use them again!”

C'est sure c'est gênant à avouer, mais on aurait pu nettoyer la toilette pendant qu'ils embarquaient nos affaires. Le débouche-toilette était encore à l'appartement à ce moment là ! Quel manque de classe, sérieux !

Cependant, lors de mon entretient avec le responsable le prix convenue était de 195$ pour 2 déménageurs plus taxe et frais de déplacement. Je devais uniquement déménager 2 petites meubles et 1 matelas. Cela à pris environ 1 heure. Lors du moment de régler la facture, je m'aperçois que celle-ci est d'un montant de près de 700$ ... Après discussion avec le responsable il me dit qu'il y 3h de facturable minimum à chaque service, une information que je n'ai jamais reçu ni par courriel ni par téléphone. Au final il m'on déduit une demis heure du montant qui c'est quand même élevé à 560$... Bref, je vous invites simplement à être vigilant lors d'une entente de service avec cette entreprise.
