(Translated) I do not recommend this company to take care of your move for the following points: Customer service is not their top priority and they are lacking in due diligence. Our move was scheduled for the evening without a specific time. On the schedule: a first apartment to empty, then a second a little further into the city, to finally take it all to a third apartment. After hours of waiting, we were informed over the phone at 9 p.m. that the movers were on their way. Already there, for the tasks to be accomplished, it is late, especially since it is no longer daylight outside. After an additional 2 hours of waiting, without having had any news from the movers and having no answer on the phone, here at 11 p.m. we were contacted again to tell us that they are on the way, apologizing to us because of failure. We refused to allow them to move because of the very late hour; moving in the middle of the night with movers who are tired, it is obvious that furniture would have been damaged and it clearly did not matter for the company since it is stipulated in the contract that it is not not responsible for such damage. We are therefore promised that they will be present the next morning at 10 a.m. However, they arrived at 1 p.m. The movers weren't very quick and foolish (shocking since you pay on time). We ended up with a bill of almost $ 800 and the only compensation we were offered for any inconvenience was a $ 50 rebate. Poor. (Original) Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise pour s’occuper de votre déménagement pour les points suivants : Le service client n’est pas dans leurs priorités et ils manquent de diligence. Notre déménagement était prévu en soirée sans heure précise. À l’horaire : un premier appartement à vider, puis un second un peu plus loin dans la ville, pour finalement aller porter le tout dans un 3e appartement. Après des heures d’attente, on nous informe au téléphone à 21h que les déménageurs sont en route. Déjà là, pour les tâches à accomplir, c’est tard, d’autant plus qu’il ne fait plus jour dehors. Après 2h supplémentaires d’attente, sans avoir eu aucune nouvelle des déménageurs et n’ayant aucune réponse au téléphone, voilà qu’à 23h on nous recontacte pour nous dire qu’ils sont en route, en nous présentant des excuses en raison d’une panne. Nous avons alors refusé qu’ils procèdent au déménagement vu l’heure très tardive ; déménager au beau milieu de la nuit avec des déménageurs qui sont fatigués, c’est évident que des meubles auraient été endommagés et ça n’avait clairement pas d’importance pour la compagnie puisqu’il est prévu au contrat qu’elle n’est pas responsable de ces dommages. On nous promet donc qu’ils seront présents le lendemain matin à 10h. Ils sont cependant arrivés à 13h. Les déménageurs n’étaient pas très rapide et niaisaient (choquant puisqu’on paie à l’heure). Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une facture de près de 800$ et le seul dédommagement qui nous a été offert pour tous les désagréments est un 50$ de rabais. Médiocre.

Un 4 et demi au troisième étage. j'ai trouvé les gars très rapide a coup de deux boîtes pas de niaisage. Absolument rien n'a été brisée. J'ai trouvé les gars très gentil de bonne humeur et travaillais en équipe efficacement. Le prix est quand-même élevé mais sont dans les prix du marché voir même en dessous de la moyenne étant donné que nous sommes le premier juillet c'est normal. Ça s'appelle l'offre et la demande. La base même de l'économie . La prochaine fois que je déménage je vais faire affaire avec force 10 sans aucun hésitation. Merci a l'équipe
