I just want to preface this by saying two of the boys who moved us tried their best but the 3rd violently threw a 39 pound bag at my girlfriend. When we tried to call management after two weeks we were stonewalled . They refused to give out the owners name and managers name/ which was odd given We wanted to rectify the situation. Finally I found their name and was told they would pass along the message and that the owner was to busy to call me back in the two weeks that have passed. I leave this message as a warning to others think twice about using them.

Ils m'ont aussi obligé à remplir ma voiture au maximum du possible, car ils ne déménagent pas les petits articles qui ne font pas leur affaire ni les plantes. 2000$ pour déménager un 4 et demi. Plus jamais.

Déménagement DG m'a répondu en 72 heures en pleine période du jour de l'An. Le 5 janvier, mon déménagement était fait. A cette date, les autres entreprises ne m'avaient pas encore répondu. Réponse rapide et service efficace. Lors de mon déménagement, les employés ont tout de suite remarqué que mon frigo ne passerait pas dans mes escaliers extérieurs à deux déménageurs. S'ils avaient tenté de le faire, ils l'auraient endommagé. En 20 minutes, un autre employé est arrivé pour faire la manoeuvre difficile et dangereuse. J'ai dû payé des frais pour cela comme le contrat l'indique mais aucun frais supplémentaire de temps tellement le 3e gars est arrivé vite. J'ai trouvé les employés très professionnels particulièrement lors de cet évènement. Je me suis sentie en confiance. Je recommande vivement.
