(Original) Bon service professionnel de déménagement, faire attention nous avions réserver un mois à l'avance et demandé d'arriver pour 10 Heures pour un déménagement dans l'entreprise. malheureusement notre représentant avais compris pas avant 10 heures. la journée avant quand nous avons contacter pour confirmer on nous a dit que nous serions servie dans l'après-midi. Mais notre représentant a été proactif et il a regarder ce qui était possible et a réussi à devancer à 11 heures et ils sont arriver à l'heure. point d'amélioration il serait peut-être intéressant d'avoir un petit courriel de confirmation de la commande pour éviter ces imprévues. Bien qu'il y ait eu un petit problème vous avez fait preuve de compréhension et de flexibilité et c'est dans l'adversité que l'on reconnait le bon service à la clientèle et c'est ce que nous avons eu malgré tout donc je vous donne 5 étoiles.

The movers had to be 3 and were only two a portion of the day. This is the third moving service experience I have had and by far the worst. I advise you to have a service contract written and date change clauses put in if you really have to do business with this company. Otherwise save yourself problems and choose another mover. (Original) Aucun respect des engagements. Déménagement prévu pour le 22 juin. Ils repoussent la date au 25 et ensuite le 26 et ne m'informe pas des changements de prix alors que je demande. On arrive avec une facture finale de plus 45% plus élevée. Tout ça pour une mauvaise planification de leur côté et le manque de respect de la clientèle qui doit assumer le coût de leurs erreurs. Les déménageurs devaient être 3 et ont seulement été deux une portion de la journée. C'est la troisième expérience de service de déménagement que j'ai eu et c'est de loin la pire. Je vous conseille de faire écrire un contrat de service et mettre des clauses de changement de date si vous devez vraiment faire affaires avec cette entreprise. Sinon épargnez vous des problèmes et choisissez un autre déménageur.

Excellent service à tous niveaux depuis Stéphane qui nous a préparé l'estimation jusqu'aux déménageurs et à l'excellent chauffeur du camion. Tous ont été très professionnels et ponctuel. Nous avons également pris avec eux l'emballage qui s'est très bien passé. Aucun bris sur nos affaires et dans les logements. À noter aussi la rapidité : les affaires étaient livrées en Alberta une semaine après avoir quitté Québec. Nous étions parfaitement informé des dates et n'avons pas eu de surprises. Le chauffeur du camion nous a même appelé dans la semaine pour tout reconfirmer. Bon travail. AMJ n'est pas le moins cher, mais la qualité était au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons.
