(Translated) I highly recommend the Tessier family for your next move. I was in a last minute impasse in a succession case and Mr. Tessier did everything to make the move take place. He made room for me on a Monday when I had only contacted him two days before. The day of the move, his movers were caught in a move larger (and longer) than expected so the agreed time was not respected which did not allow me to store my belongings where I had planned . Mr. Tessier then found me another location the same day and even gave me a small discount on the cost of the move to compensate for the higher storage costs of the new location and the missed deadlines. He also assured me that despite the situation his guys would make the move at any time which gave me confidence. Once there, William and his cronies were professional, helpful and courteous despite the difficulties associated with this particular move. Since I was unable to attend, William kept me updated on progress throughout the process. They worked hard until one in the morning. Il m’a fait de la place un lundi alors que je ne l’ai contacté que deux jours auparavant. La journée du déménagement, ses déménageurs ont été pris dans un déménagement plus important (et long) que prévu donc l’heure convenue n’a pas été respectée ce qui ne me permettait pas d’entreposer mes biens là où je l’avais prévu. Monsieur Tessier m’a alors trouvé un autre endroit le jour même et m’a même fait un petit rabais sur le coût du déménagement pour compenser les frais d’entreposage plus élevés du nouvel endroit et les délais non respectés. Il m’a également assuré que malgré la situation, ses gars allaient effectuer le déménagement qu’importe l’heure ce qui m’a mis en confiance. Une fois sur place, William et ses acolytes ont été professionnels, serviables et courtois malgré les difficultés liés à ce déménagement en particulier. Puisque je ne pouvais être présent, William m’a tenu au courant des avancées tout au long du processus. Ils ont travaillés fort jusqu’à une heure du matin. Bref, des professionnels dignes de confiance qui respectent leur parole
