Obviously this has not been done. In the meantime we contacted several other companies and one of them was available and less expensive than Therrien & Fortin. So we called this beautiful reliable company to cancel the move. Thanks for the headaches and the loss of time, it is very appreciated! You should consider changing your motto because "A move with peace of mind!" is really not representative of your company. (Original) Terrible. Non seulement ils ne vous rappellent pas quand ils disent qu'ils vont le faire, mais ils ne vous avisent même pas qu'il va y avoir un retard significatif (environ 5 heures) la veille ou le matin même. Notre déménagement était prévu à 7h00-8h00 le matin. À 9h15 nous avons appelé pour savoir où ils en étaient et ils nous ont répondu que le camion n'était pas prêt, qu'il le serait vers 12h00 et qu'ils allaient nous contacter pour nous tenir au courant. Évidemment cela n'a pas été fait. Entre-temps nous avons contacté plusieurs autres compagnies et l'une d'entre elles était disponible et moins coûteuse que Therrien & Fortin. Nous avons donc appelé cette belle compagnie fiable pour annuler le déménagement. Merci pour les maux de tête et la perte de temps, c'est très apprécié! Vous devriez songer à changer votre devise car "Un déménagement en toute tranquillité!" n'est vraiment pas représentatif de votre compagnie.

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé, c'est l'expérience du chef d'équipe qui ne se gênait pas pour reprendre ses gars pour ne pas qu'ils se blessent ou risquent de briser nos meubles. Il les conseillait sur la façon de transporter les meubles selon la configuration du bloc. Un gros bravo! Continuez comme ça et continuez de bien former vos employés, c'est comme ça qu'ils se préservent et entretiennent votre compagnie! :)

Pire expérience de déménagement pour ma mère. Les déménageurs ont brisés beaucoup de choses, dont un meuble antique et les murs des deux maisons!!!!! Ca a coûté 3 fois le prix estimé. Les déménageurs prenaient des pauses à tour de rôle, ils étaient 3 et seulement deux d'entre eux travaillaient à chaque tour, pourtant on a été chargé pour les trois travailleurs!!!! Je NE recommande à PERSONNE de faire affaire avec déménagement Therrien Fortin!!!! Aucune compensation n'a été offerte!!

Nous décidons de passer par leur bureau, mon conjoint constate que la porte n'est pas barrée et qu'il y a personne à l'intérieur. Tout est à l'envers et il y a une odeur de cigarettes... Finalement, nous avons décidé de déménager nous même le reste de nos meubles. Très très déçus du service, aucun professionnalisme, je ne le recommande pas à personne.
