I called four different companies this morning, When I reach discount they told me that they have a two hour minimum Equalling over $180 before taxes to move 10 items. I told him that was the largest amount I had yet heard and they told me that every company charges a two hour minimum, so I recalled the other for companies that I’ve spoken to you and everyone of them said that they do not have a two hour minimum. If you’re doing a small move I would most definitely not recommend discount movers

My family and I moved here from Ontario, we had all our belongings shipped in a shipping container. The Discount Movers met us at our new house when the container arrived. The two movers they had sent were extremely friendly and professional. They unloaded our container in excellent time and took care of our belongings as if they were their own. Kevin and his team , Brodie and Tim, moved my belongings plus my vehicle, across four provinces in the heat of the Summer weather. Betty organized all the dates and pickup and delivery info to me and gave me a timeline of when to expect truck and guys to arrive. They dealt with traffic, heat, humidity, a rain downpour, many stairs and some heavy pieces to carry. And they did it all with a great attitude, efficient team work ethic, lovely manners and a smile on their faces around all the corners!
