Rented one of their larger units for well over a year after moving to the island. Never an issue accessing the unit, or moving in and eventually out. Great, friendly service. Upright piano stored in the climate controlled unit (outdoor access) survived a winter without issue! Would definitely use again if I had the need.

Great to deal with and very friendly staff. The units are very clean and dry. Easy stairs to navigate and wide accessible doors. I did find the 4 week billing a little odd but no complaints. Will gladly use again sometime.

I contacted Stow it All, Inc in February 2020, and since then i have upgraded 3 times, the staff have been very patient with me and helped to finally get me into the storage unit best suited to my needs. Cathy , Kent and Bill have really gone out of their way to help me. All 3 units i have had have been clean, dry, heated, and absolutely no problems with bugs or little creatures. We rented a 5'x10' second floor unit for 2 months (planned for 1 1/2yrs). They unit was clean, the building was clean and the stairs are wide. It made moving into and out of the unit very easy. Friendly staff. My only issue is they charge for every 4 week period and not monthly which means you have to be careful when comparing them to other storage facilities.

I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating during many interactions. Showing concern and helping out when I incurred a cut on myself onsite in my unit (my fault) was also a strong positive. The monthly raffle (at no incremental cost) for a gas gift card, as one made a payment, was a nice customer service touch. Too, having access outside of office hours through a secure pin pad was also helpful.

Not sure if its an island based company or not but they are a great group of staff over at Stow it all. Have used the services many times and always been a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them.
