Great Service at a fair price. These 2 guys moved my entire 2 bedroom house 50 kms away in less than 8 hours and never complained about anything or banged into the walls or doors once. The only thing I would recommend to the company is that they wear a uniform. But that is just my personal opinion as I have been wearing one for 35 years.

They showed up promptly, provided excellent service, were careful with our belongings and did not stop till everything was moved. Very polite, nice guys. Wow! I cannot say enough good about this company. I seen 1 or 2 disgruntled reviews and I think they’re probably unjust. We underestimated the amount of time it would take for our stuff by an hour but that’s on us because the guys did not stop!! They arrived 10 minutes early, and they also were able to get a king mattress out of our basement which we had a horrid time getting down there. They were kind and professional, and went above and beyond to protect the furniture. If you hire them, make sure you factor in some extra $$ for a tip because they are worth every penny !! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and we had to move suddenly. This saved so much time and money and I’m so happy we didn’t have to try to find people to help us. The prices are also great. Last time we moved by the time we paid for the uhual, gas and the extra time I wish we’d have just hired someone. I will use them again in the future !!

I was extremely dissatisfied with River city movers. I hired them for four hours and all the moved was one truck load, the driving distance was 10 minutes between homes. They charged me almost $600 for one truck. We witnessed the movers stop at least 3 times moving a dresser about 15 ft, and they would have conversations about what they should do next, incredibly slow. I questioned one of the movers at the end whether or not they always take four hours to move one truck load, he became instantly agitated and argumentative, he kept repeating the same excuses and then had the sexist nerve to tell me that he was going to call my husband. I called the owner to complain and she repeated the same excuses and was equally rude. I hired them based on their good reviews that is why I wanted to save someone else the same mistake.

I have nothing but great things to say about River City Moving. They were prompt, efficient, and took great care of my belongings. While they were packing my stuff in their truck, I found out at the last minute that my apartment would not be ready for another 3 hours. Knowing it was no fault of mine, they worked with me to come up with a solution to get my stuff moved in as well as the stuff from their other scheduled client of that day. With the unforeseen delay, the owner jumped in to help the guys to make sure they got the work done when the building finally opened up at 12:30. They never once complained to me about this and worked to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their rates were the best I found and they communicated to make sure things were on track leading up to moving day. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I moved with River City Moving from Fredericton to Moncton and it was honestly the best professional moving experience I have ever had, by far! The rates were amazing and they showed up right on time! They were super kind and respectful to me (I have had trouble with this with other moving companies before), and also very careful with my furniture. Wrapped what needed to be wrapped, asked me where I wanted to start, overall incredibly conscientious. This was also the fastest move I have ever done. And it was a flat rate so no surprises with the bill. What they quoted is what I paid. Very kind, very quick to communicate and provide a quote and invoice. The best move I have ever experienced. I will 100% be calling them for all my moves in the future . P.S i accidentally texted them pictures of my Christmas cookies, I apologized and they said they looked great and wished me happy holidays! Hahah what service!

Will definitely use them again and refer friends. They really helped me out after Express Movers on Kijiji didn't show up and I called Riverview Movers last minute and they came to the rescue.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly the entire move - from one bungalow to another - took. It took the exact amount of time the lady on the phone quoted me, and the guys were hustling. They were both very polite and kind, professional, took serious care to make sure no items were damaged (not a scratch on any walls or furniture!!) and never complained, not even for heavy items or with our 2 dogs barking (yikes). I contracted River City Movers back in May 2021. I’ve hired numerous moving companies in the past and I can tell you these people are some of the best.
