I had trouble getting a hold of McQuaids at first, come to find out it was because their phone line had been damaged by some work being done. I am so happy I decided to give them another try. The service was fast and very friendly. I was let down by another company that was suppose to have a sea can delivered to me by a certain time to allow me to accept a delivery. They were a no show and I had to make arrangements for the delivery to come back the next day. I reached out to McQuaids and they understood I was in a bind and they were very quick to help out! If I ever have any storage or trucking needs again in the future that they can assist with I will be using them for sure!

This Company offers trucking, warehousing and mobile storage, with delivery and pickup of mobile storage units. From my experience and reports from friends, the company is well run and is efficient and friendly. My son had a storage unit (a truck trailer) delivered to his home and the trailer was then removed to a storage area. He has access to the storage trailer at his convenience and is responsible for locking and securing the trailer unit. I visit the main office occasionally to make payments and the service is friendly and efficient. Access and parking is easy and convenient.

I contacted this company three weeks ago and she stated to call closer to the date required and should be no problem having a container delivered. Now I have movers set to move my stuff from Ontario and store in container for three months she tells me she has none available causing some severe issues now for my move. Speaking with her it seemed like she did not care about the situation nor willing to help. Terrible service and they dont care.
