Wow - had our first meal from Hoss's tonight, and it was delicious! Very generous portions, and delicious clams, scallops, poutine, fries and club sandwich. Also, the customer service is just so friendly and kind. We'll be back!

I usually get the Salt Cod and Pork Scraps. Reminds me of "Fish and Brews" or "Fisherman's Brews" (without the hard tac and scruchions), both traditional Newfie dishes. However, the salt cod is rather salty (feels not soaked enough), so be mindful of this is you have a salt intolerance (or any health issue salt may affect). That being said, the strips of pork belly are nicely rendered and the rest of the dish is tasty too. Just expect it to be a bit saltier than you might have expected. Get it with mashed potatoes and some gravy on the side. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I moved to Summerside about six weeks ago. So during the quarantine period we mostly had to order our food. Hoss's Fish n' Chips was such a great discovery! No matter what you order, the food is absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are generous and the pricing is very reasonable. Hoss is now our Friday night treat. 100% recommend!

Really good fish and chips I'm from Newfoundland and love the taste of cod (therefore I'm not a fan of haddock) but they had it done very good here I would go here again If I had to say one bad thing though we were in a rush and didnt get our meals fast enough but over nice place
