Bref, un service exécrable et se faire dire que nous devons fournir une preuve et nous faire dire par le jeune homme que c’est parce que nous comprenons pas... Je ne recommande pas.

Food and service was OK. No wine whatsoever might be a dealbreaker for some since it is on the menu. They were also missing sauces for their chicken wings and none of this was crossed off the menu. We were also brought very spicy sauce when we ordered honey garlic, one of the mildest ones. Not sure if this place is closing or changing management but needless to say my family won't be returning to this location. I was no longer surprised by how many empty seats there were in the restaurant on a weekday evening.

Not a great experience. We arrived just before the dinner rush, and it took too long for our waitress to take our order. Me and my wife ordered a combo with boneless wings, breads ticks, and a medium pizza. We waited nearly half an hour while our waitress sat and chatted with a group of 'bros' that had just come in. When the wings came out, she gave them to the table next to our's first. They realized they had gotten the wrong order, and let the waitress know a few minutes later when she came back. Rather than get a new batch, she brings us the same plate she mistakenly gave the next table. A couple minutes after, we get the rest of our food all at the same time, and it's cold. After we ate, we went to pay, and the manager is just lounging around in a tshirt and shorts. He sees us waiting to pay, and just goes back to chatting up one of the prep cooks.

J’ai été d’abord transféré à un centre d’appel en voulant appeler à la succursale de Trois-Rivières et ils m’ont mis en attente pendant 15minutes pour finalement me répondre, c’était tellement compliqué de me livrer à 1.2 km du restaurant que j’ai passé proche de laisser tomber. Finalement je réussis et l’agente me confirme une livraison dans les 50 prochaines minutes. 2 minutes plus tard en regardant sur leur site, je vois que le dessert commandé était pour 6 personnes alors je rappelle au même numéro pour canceller le dessert et cette fois c’est le restaurant qui me répond. Une employée avec seulement deux bras et deux jambes comme on dit. Elle n'a pas ma commande et me chicane d’avoir appelé au centre d’appel quand j’ai appelé au même numéro. Je suis consternée par la médiocrité du service qu’offre maintenant cette bannière mais elle en rajoute comme si c’était moi qui avait pas fait mon travail et quand je lui dis “écoute, je veux juste commander une pizza all dress. Est-ce si compliqué que je doives appeler ailleurs?” Elle me répond de faire ce que je voulais. Je vous laisse deviner de ce qu’a été mon choix... Merci Pizzeria 67 pour votre excellent service !
