(Original) Mise à jour de mon avis : J'ai acheté un meuble d'ordinateur Bestar de 175 Lbs chez Bureau en Gros qui a été "livré" par eux. "Livré" entre crochets parce que il a été laissé sur le trottoir devant le bloc ce qui n'avais été mentionné nul part sur le site de Bureau en gros, donc je pensais que s'était une norme de Valois, mais après discussion avec un représentant de Valois, c'est une norme de la compagnie Bestar qui veut que ce sois ainsi ... Alors je n'ai aucun problème avec Valois, ils n'ont fait que leur travail donc je modifie pour 5 étoiles.

Ils ont démonté notre lit, notre meuble de télévision et notre bureau de travail (métal et verre) puis remonté le tout de façon impeccable. Bravo! Je recommande volontiers Déménagement Valois.

(Original) Les déménageurs ont endommagés 2 de mes meubles sur les 7 quils avaient a déménager, ils ont foncé avec un de mes meubles ds un mur que javais peint la veille, mes meubles n'ont pas été emballés quand on m'avait pourtant précisé que ce serait fait lors de la signature du contrat, l'entreprise ne veut pas me dédommager et en plus me demande 150$ pour donner un coup de teinture (pas de la meme couleur) sur le coin des meubles quils ont endommagés! Des escrocs, ne perder pas votre argent avec eux et si vous tenez a vos meubles je vous les déconseille formellement! Déménagement de piètre qualité sans aucun respect pour le consommateur!
