These guys weren't hiding they were front and center and all hustling up and down the stairs, taking beds apart, moving exercise equipment. Got quoted 1300$ for a 3 1/5 without appliance and elevator both places which I was fine with but they ended up charging me more than 2k ... that is insane... you feel pretty much hostage to them at this point and just pay ... The same exact amount of stuff was moved 2 years prior to that for about 900$. This is a really greedy company.

(Translated) I RECOMMEND, but .... "MOVING" side: Very very good service from the three movers in the Quebec City area (Michael, David and Alex). They were professional and paid great attention to our requests and needs, EXCELLENT service from them. No furniture was broken during the move and they completed everything in 4 hours. The movers are the one and only reason I give the company 4 stars. "ADMINISTRATIVE" side: Several errors were made: - The date was entered incorrectly during our reservation (despite having repeated about 3 times with the guy on the phone) - We were not called the day before to confirm the arrival time of the movers, we had to call ourselves. - When we called to confirm the time, the gentleman confirmed to us that we would have movers between 8am and 9am, but it was 9.45-10am and we still had not heard from the movers, no one was come. We STILL had to call the company (about 2 times before we got an answer) to let us know that a truck was broken and that they would arrive between "11h and 12h". CONCLUSION Very very very poor management on the administrative side and several "glitches", but despite everything, the movers (Michael, David and Alex) did a wonderful job and I highly recommend the company, just be careful and revalidate SEVERAL times the information you give. Aucun meuble n'a été brisé durant le déménagement et ils ont bouclé le tout en 4h. Les déménageurs sont la seule et unique raison que je donne 4 étoiles à la compagnie. Côté "ADMINISTRATIF": Plusieurs erreurs ont été comises : - La date avait mal été entrée lors de notre réservation (malgré avoir répété environ 3 fois avec le gars au téléphone) - Nous n'avons pas été appelé la veille pour confirmer l'heure d'arrivé des déménageurs, nous avons dû appeler nous-mêmes. - Lorsque nous avons appelé pour confirmer l'heure, le monsieur nous a confirmer que nous aurions des déménageurs entre 8h et 9h, mais il était rendu 9h45-10h et nous n'avions toujours pas eu de nouvelles des déménageurs, personne n'était arrivé. Nous avons ENCORE dû appeler la compagnie (environ 2 fois avant d'avoir une réponse) pour nous faire dire qu'un camion était en bris et qu'ils allaient arriver entre "11h et 12h". CONCLUSION Très très très mauvaise gestion du côté administratif et plusieurs "pépins", mais malgré tout, les déménageurs (Michael, David et Alex) ont fait une magnifique job et je recommande grandement la compagnie, faites juste attention et revalider PLUSIEURS fois les informations que vous donnez.

On the other hand, for the other two members of the team this was not the case. When it came time to assemble the furniture, the two guys were obstinate all the time and hounding each other afterwards and shouting at each other insults. So much so that my neighbors downstairs came to tell me that it didn't look good. In addition, they managed to take off a ceramic step, hook my door to the point that I could not lock my door and damaged my new fridge. I had to hire someone to come and fix the frame for me the same day because I can't stay with a door that won't lock because the movers hooked the frame too much forcing the furniture that wouldn't fit. It cost me a good $ 200 since it was a weekend day. In addition, every time I offered a solution. Ex removing the doors of the fridge or removing the boxes of new appliances, I was ignored and say that it is not a woman's job. Which is clearly not said to a client. Especially that in the end they did not have the choice to do what I suggested since it would not work otherwise. But they forced them into the door frame to the point of leaving traces before changing tactics. They even talked to me behind the back of their college when the other wasn't there. In short, a big lack of professionalism on the part of Yvens and Jihad. Yvens even wanted to screw and unscrew my fridge door with the drill (which is the only tool they had) it would have stripped the threads of the screw if I had let him. I subsequently contacted the panneton clan to let them know about my move, which happened in a rather unpleasant way. I was told to contact Michel Cairo, which I did the following Monday, September 13, 2021 since he does not work weekends. I did not hear from him afterwards even though he told me that something was going to be done about my file. I called Thursday September 23, 2021 after almost 2 weeks of radio silence. I was told that I was going to be called back during the day since he was working on my file. Perfect! On the other hand, no de facto return call this time either. It's Saturday the 25th, and I'm still going in circles with no response. I am really not at all satisfied with the service I received and I do not recommend the panneton clan at all. I would have been completely satisfied if I had been called back as I was promised twice. I understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes the chemistry between 2 people does not make the best team and conflicts do occur. But they are laughing at me solid and I don't appreciate it at all. I left pictures of my torn step and my fridge scratched. I have a video for the door but it doesn't want to load. Le tout à été régler à ma complète satisfaction. J'ai demenagé le 11 Septembre 2021 et le déménagement a été fait par l'équipe de Jihad al-Khafib, Yvens Paul Pharaon et Sally Lachance. J'ai eu un très bon service de la part de Sally. Par contre, pour les deux autres membres de l'équipe ce n'était pas le cas. Lorsqu'il est venu le temps de monter les meubles, les deux gars s'obstinaient tout le temps et se sacrant après et se disaient(criaient) des insultes. Au point que mes voisins d'en bas sont venu me dire que ça avait pas d'allure. En plus, ils ont réussi à décoller une marche en céramique, me crochir mon cardre de porte au point que je pouvais pas barrer ma porte et m'ont abîmer mon frigo neuf. Il a fallu que j'engage quelqu'un pour venir me réparer le cadre la journée même parce que je peux pas rester avec une porte qui ne barre pas parce que les déménageurs ont crochi le cadre à trop forcer les meubles qui rentraient pas. Ça m'a coûter un bon 200$ vu que c'était une journée de fin de semaine. En plus, A chaque fois que je proposais une solution. Ex enlever les portes du frigo ou enlever les boites des electros neufs, je me suis faite ignorée et dire que c'est pas la job d'une femme. Ce qui ne se dit clairement pas à une cliente. Surtout qu'au final ils ont pas eu le choix de faire ce que j'ai proposer puisque cela ne passait pas sinon. Mais ils les ont forcer dans le cadre de porte au point d'en laisser des traces avant de changer de tactique. Ils me parlaient même dans le dos de leur collège quand l'autre était pas là. Bref, un gros manque de professionnalisme de la part de Yvens et Jihad. Yvens voulais même visser et dévisser ma porte de frigo avec la drill (qui est le seul outil qu'ils avaient) ça aurait stripper les filaments de la vis si je l'avais laissé faire. J'ai contacter par la suite le clan panneton pour leur faire part de mon déménagement qui s'est passé de manière assez désagréable. On m'a dit de contacter Michel Cairo, ce que j'ai fait le lundi suivant soit le 13 septembre 2021 puisqu'il ne travaille pas la fin de semaine. Je n'ai pas eu de nouvelle par la suite même s'il m'a dit qu'on allait faire quelque chose pour mon dossier. J'ai appeller jeudi le 23 septembre 2021 après quasiment 2 semaines de silence radio. On m'a dit que j'allais être rappelle dans la journée puisqu'il travaillait sur mon dossier. Parfait! Par contre, aucun appel de retour de fait cette fois ci non plus. On est samedi le 25, et je tourne encore en ronds avec aucune réponse. Je suis vraiment aucunement satisfaite du service que j'ai reçu et je ne recommande pas du tout le clan panneton. J'aurais été complètement satisfaite si j'avais été rapellée comme on m'a promis 2 fois. Je comprends que des erreurs arrivent et que des fois la chimie entre 2 personnes ne fait pas la meilleure équipe et des conflits arrivent. Mais la on est en train de rire de moi solide et je n'apprécie aucunement. J'ai laisser des photos de ma marche arrachée et mon frigo scratcher. J'ai une vidéo pour la porte mais elle ne veut pas loader. (Ce qui a tout été envoyer à Michel Cairo en email lundi le 13 septembre)

We used le clan panneton for a move from downtown to st Laurent. We requested 3 movers, as requested 3 movers arrived. After about an hour of movin one of the three movers was noticeably tired and moving extremely slowly. Shortly after he left as he wasn't able to continue. A replacement mover eventually arrived. The move took 10 hrs for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. I called Le Clan Panneton and spoke to a manager she said she'd call me back, she never did. I called a second time and spoke to another manager, he also said he'd call me back. And he never did ! Will never use them again ! Unprofessional and did it receive the service we paid for !

Dès le départ, l'équipe du Clan Panneton nous ont mis en confiance. En débarquant du truck, ils se sont tous présentés (Gaston Larochelle, Pierre-Olivier Villeneuve et David Gagnon). Bonne prestance et d'allure professionnel, pour une fois, j'étais en confiance et je n'avais pas affaire à des gens bizarres! La prise en charge (explication du contrat et des coûts, mise en place de tapis de protection sur le sol, enlever tout élément qui pourrait endommager les meubles dans le couloir de l'immeuble), le déménagement rapide et l'emballage de chaque meuble de façon méticuleux, et le fais de remettre en place les éléments coupant après fut une agréableme surprise. Ce que j'ai aimé à la fin, c'est la finalisation du contrat, de me demander de vérifier si le truck était bien vide m'a démontré le professionnalisme du Clan Panneton, et ce qui fait que je l'ai recommande autant que United Van Line. Ce seul point constructif que je pourrais faire, serait que l'équipe téléphone la veille pour confirmer leur passage pour le lendemain.

Ah oui : déménagement du 15e au 12e étage du même immeuble avec ascenseur réservé !!! 3 garde-robes oubliés : j'ai déménagé tous mes vêtements dans l'escalier. Oubli de la boîte pour mon téléviseur OLED. J'ai fait des boîtes que j'ai été capable de soulever à maintes reprises, je pèse 115 livres mouillée et mes boîtes étaient trop lourdes, j'ai eu un commentaire !!! Cela a pris un temps fou (j'ai demandé que les meubles soient protégés par des couvertures mais quand même !), peu de méthode de travail. Je déconseille fortement ce déménageur. Désolée, je n'aime pas dire du négatif, mais trop c'est trop. À la fin, il me dit que ce serait bien de leur faire un avis favorable Google car ils ont un bonus en ce cas. Je l'ai fait pour en finir, mais je le modifie aujourd'hui. Ne pas trop se fier aux 5 étoiles !!!

My parents moved out last week and opted for your company (since you are supposedly reputed) even though the phone submission was the most expensive of the companies they called. Their move was a real disaster. To begin, it took 3 teams (thus 3 trucks) to empty a condo of size 4 ½ and this for more than 12 hours since the 1st team was not able to fill the truck 30 feet as it should ( which, moreover, did not contain any box since it is relatives who made come and go to carry the boxes). The second team took the rest by FORGING THE OVEN ... So we had to ask for a third truck to transport what was left. But the experience does not stop there. In addition to not being organized, there were many breakages including the fridge that they slept on the side (my parents had to be replaced by Tanguay since it no longer provided water or ice a once connected, luckily it was still under warranty!), 2 guys have escaped a big office in the corridor since they did not use straps and have also made a big hole in the bottom of the wall facing the front door. To end this in beauty, my mother realized that it was missing 2 objects of decorations big enough (a big vase and a ladder for bathroom). She was told that the guys are supposed to empty the trucks every night to make sure there is no personal item left (WHAT IS NOT THE CASE) and that there is nothing left in the truck . Funny, they magically found the ladder, but it's still missing the vase that must have been broken and thrown by one of the guys. When you charge $ 2,000 or more for a move, the service is expected to be HEIGHT of the price paid !!! (Original) L’HORREUR! Des hommes non qualifiés (et le mot est faible!) qui font le travail à moitié et qui exigent par la suite de se faire payer en entier. Mes parents sont déménagés la semaine passée et ont opté pour votre compagnie (puisque que vous êtes supposément réputé) malgré que la soumission par téléphone fût la plus chère des compagnies qu’ils ont appelées. Leur déménagement fut une vraie CATASTROPHE. Pour commencer, il aura fallu 3 équipes (donc 3 camions) pour vider un condo de grandeur 4 ½ et ce durant plus de 12 heures puisque la 1ère équipe n’a pas été capable de remplir le camion de 30 pieds comme il se doit (qui d’ailleurs ne contenait aucune boite puisque c’est des proches qui ont fait des vas et vient pour transporter les boites). La 2ème équipe a pris le reste en OUBLIANT LE FOUR… Nous avons donc dû demander un 3ème camion pour transporter ce qui restait. Mais l’expérience ne s’arrête pas là. En plus de ne pas être organisé, il y a eu de nombreux bris dont le frigidaire qu’ils ont couché sur le côté (mes parents ont dû se le faire remplacer par Tanguay puisqu’il ne fournissait plus d’eau ni de glace une fois branchée, par chance qu’il était encore sous garantie!), 2 gars ont échappé un gros bureau dans le corridor puisqu’ils n’utilisaient pas de straps et ont aussi d’ailleurs fait un beau gros trou dans le bas du mur faisant face à la porte d’entrée. Pour finir cela en beauté, ma mère s’est rendu compte qu’il manquait 2 objets de décorations assez gros (un gros vase et une échelle pour salle de bain). Elle s’est fait répondre que les gars sont censés vider les camions chaque soir pour s’assurer qu’il ne reste pas d’objet personnel (CE QUI N’EST PAS LE CAS) et qu’il ne restait rien dans le camion. Drôlement, ils ont retrouvé par magie l’échelle, mais il manque toujours le vase qui doit avoir été cassé et jeté par un des gars. Quand on exige 2 000$ et plus pour un déménagement, on s’attend à ce que le service soit À LA HAUTEUR du prix payé!!!

Monsieur Francis Roy m’a même dit qu’il serait là pour s’assurer que tout irait bien. Le dimanche arriva et surprise !!! 2 hommes seulement et Monsieur Francis Roy absent. Les 2 gars envoyés, Medhi et Jacob ont bien fait leur job. Par contre il manquait un homme pour accroitre l’efficacité. Ayant un intense mal de reins, c’est ma tante de 81 ans qui a travaillée comme 3e homme à destination. PATHÉTIQUE ! En arrivant à la facture, ils me chargent 20$ de l’heure de plus qu’un autre déménageur contacté pour 2 gars au début de mes recherches. J’appelle Francis Roy et il ne répond pas. But they managed to park and make it work the three times. Well they got us moved. However were unorganized upon arrival, none of the boxes were stacked and everything was everywhere. I gave a generous tip anyway because in general the job was well done and it's not an easy job ... but if I have to move again someday I'm not sure if I will take over the Clan. Panneton. (Original) J’ai déménagé le 27 août 2021 à 8h15. J’ai eu un bon service de l’équipe de William. Tout c’est bien passé sauf lorsque ce fut le temps du transport de mon réfrigérateur. Il est pourtant de grandeur standard. J’ai remarqué par la suite que j’avais plusieurs égratignures sur les côtés et une partie craquée sur le dessus..ainsi que sur deux murs peinture depuis peu ..Ce n’est pas un frigo neuf mais quand même. De plus aucun des 3 déménageurs ne portaient de masques, seulement moi en avait un.. De plus , j’ai dû fournir les outils que je n’avais pas et dû aller en emprunter à côté. Un des déménageurs est allé se chercher de l’eau avant de commencer et à pris du temps à débuter le travail. Ensuite, ils ont arrêtés manger en route vers mon nouveau chez moi. Deux des déménageurs ont passés des commentaires sur mon nouveau chez moi comme quoi c’était mal divisé et sur l’emplacement de la laveuse et sécheuse. J’ai donné un généreux pourboire quand même parce que en général, le travail était bien fait et que ce n’est pas un travail facile ..mais si je dois déménager a nouveau un jour, je ne suis pas sûr de reprendre le Clan Panneton.

Great service but be careful. It cost me over $1200.00 to move out of a 3 1/2 with no appliances (and I had an elevator). I moved within the same city - 15 minutes apart. I don't think that any moving company is worth that price for such a small job. P.S. I noticed that I'm missing a box so far. I'm not sure how many more things I'm missing, but make sure to go around the truck before they leave. That was my mistake. I'm sure they moved a lot of other people since they did my move, so I lost hopes in ever finding my lost item.

Le camion était vide et ils ont réussi à empiler mes biens les uns par dessus les autres alors qu'il eut été si facile de les mettre côte-à-côte, bien attachés dans le camion, comme j'ai déjà vu. Surtout les objets lourds. Mes meubles de télévision, j'en ai deux (2), étaient lourds et ils ont réussi à les mettre par dessus la pile en hauteur avec le lave-vaisselle en dessous tout à fait, et même avec des boîtes par dessus. Même un petit nouveau qui s'y connait à peine ne l'aurait pas fait. Et durant tout le temps qu'a duré le déménagement, un des trois (3) déménageurs, le conducteur, un certain "Tommy", n'a pas cessé de se vanter de ses talents de séducteur auprès des 2 autres déménageurs. Ils m'ont en terminant facturé trois (3) heures alors que le déménagement a duré en tout 1 heure et demie. Inutile de dire qu'on ne refera jamais affaire avec cette compagnie.

Comment peut- on payer pour un entreposage et perdre le matelas? Les déménageurs en soi sont gentils, mais ne sont pas payés pour régler nos problèmes. Ils se pressent plutôt de demander des avis positifs Google pour leur bonis et ensuite ils ne font pas les suivis adéquatement pour les clients.. il aura fallu que j'appelle à montréal et ensuite à québec pour qu'on puisse faire un suivi avec les nombreux problèmes de mon déménagement qui ne sont toujours pas réglés à ce jour. Finalement, les déménageurs ont pris mon numero de carte de credit en me disant que quelqu’un de la comptabilité allait me téléphoner pour confirmer et procéder au paiement avec ma carte. Je n’ai jamais eu d’appel et ils ont pris un montant sur ma carte. Très mauvaise expérience en géneral.
