Very unfortunate because I think the employees work hard and well but we all know that it is the receptionist who gives the first image of what the company looks like and there, I admit that she totally missed the boat . J'ai pas eu de retour d'appel donc j'ai laissé 2e message ( les 2 fois dans la même journée) et la réceptionniste m'a rappelé 2 jours plus tard!!! Très dommage car je pense que les employés travaillent fort et bien mais on sait tous que c'est la réceptionniste qui donne l'image première de ce à quoi ressemble l'entreprise et là, j'avoue qu'elle a carrément manqué le bateau. Si au moins elle s'était excusée d'avoir retourné l'appel si tard!!!

We called back more than 5 times to review the situation and never received a return call. I do not recommend them. Service très lent, ils ont pris 12 heures pour déménager notre 4 et demi et ca nous a coûté plus de 2000$, et ils étaient 3 hommes. Nous avons rappelé plus que 5 fois pour faire un retour sur la situation et n'avons jamais reçu de retour d'appel. Je ne les recommande pas.
