Les cartons jetés n’importe comment dans les pièces sans respect de l’étiquetage et du zonage des pieces. Bris de verre cassés au sol non nettoyés j’en ai un sous le pieds droit. Rayures sur parquet dans les 2 appartements. Une barre de toit galerie de voitures tule hors service donc impossible d aller récupérer mes kayak le lendemain donc un mois de location à payer en plus pour leur entreposage. Un bloc de chèques souillés d’une valeur de 70$. Pieds de lit tordu et brisé. Un chef d’équipe grand nerveux qui fume avec vous dans le camion pendant le calcul de la facture finale. Pas un rapport sur les dommages et désagréments en fin de travail les équipes camouflent les effets brisés sous le camion rue avec bris et saletés non ramassées c’est à moi de la faire. Pas d’excuses. J’appelle et on m’explique que c’est à moitié de ma faute et le grand patron me propose un spécial sur le prochain déménagement et me dit que cela arrive pas, mais pourquoi un choix 4 sur l’annonce téléphonique d’accueil pour les plaintes on me niaise beaucoup en plus. En plus le 1er juillet les prix ne sont plus modiques du tout cela revient très chère en tout. Je pense ne jamais revenir et oublier votre existence.

Les déménageurs ont probablement poussé les meubles dans le camion au lieu de les déposer. Je suis fâchée. En plus qu'on doit payer le transport, le carburant, les assurances (qui a mon avis ne servent à rien), les taxes et sûrement d'autres frais cachés. Cela aura été là dernière fois que je prenais cette compagnie.
