(Translated) Very bad experience with them. We had seen the good reviews on the internet so we thought it was going to be fine but it was not. For information, this is not our first move that we have done by professionals, so we can compare. Our move was not complicated, there was no appliance except a small freezer. It was not bad, not too cold during the day of the move. The moving distance was 100 km (Sorel-Tracy to Trois-Rivières). And the move is done in the off-season (January 2019). So nothing can justify the experience we had. First, they arrived with more than 2 hours late. They had to arrive at 9am but they arrived a little after 11am. It took them 2 hours to come and only 1h30 for the return. I still do not know where the 30 minutes of differences went because we were told that they were starting to charge us from Trois-Rivières only (not from Notre-Dame-Du-Mont-Carmel) . Then, we asked them several times to take a protective house for our orthopedic mattress, they had confirmed to us that they would bring one. They arrived without anything and so they wrapped the mattress only partially in old covered rooms. So there were snow room or other tasks on our mattress. Also, in general, they have not been at all careful with our things. For example, they are standing on our CRT. They also broke some of a valuable piece of furniture. For the breaking of the furniture, these are things that can happen but they never wanted to compensate us despite their commitment to do so. We called them several times to honor their commitment and each time they told us that they would bring us the replacement part by giving us delivery dates but they did not respect these dates and we have never received anything. We have no news from them. They also put another piece of furniture directly on an electric complaint which is not very clever of them. I saw it only several hours later so there was a visible mark on the room. Finally, at the time of the bill, they wanted to charge us an hour more than they actually did. In short, it is certain that this is our worst moving experience and we will never remake a move with them. (Original) Très mauvaise expérience avec eux. Nous avions vu les bons avis sur internet donc nous nous sommes dit que ça allait bien se passer mais ça n'a pas été le cas. Pour information, ce n'est pas notre premier déménagement que nous faisons faire par des professionnels, il nous est donc possible de comparer. Notre déménagement n'avait rien de compliqué, il n'y avait pas d’électroménager sauf un petit congélateur. Il n'a pas fait mauvais, ni trop froid lors de la journée du déménagement. La distance de déménagement était d'une 100aine de km (de Sorel-Tracy vers Trois-Rivières). Et le déménagement c'est fait en période creuse (janvier 2019). Donc rien ne peut justifier l'expérience que nous avons eu. Tout d'abord, ils sont arrivés avec plus de 2 heures de retard. Ils devaient arriver à 9h mais ils sont arrivés un peu après 11h. Ça leur a pris 2 heures pour venir et seulement une 1h30 pour le retour. Je ne sais toujours pas où sont passées les 30 minutes de différences car ils nous on dit qu’ils commençaient à nous charger des frais à partir de Trois-Rivières seulement (et non à partir de Notre-Dame-Du-Mont-Carmel). Ensuite, nous leur avions demandé à plusieurs reprises de prendre une house protectrice pour notre matelas orthopédique, ils nous avaient confirmé qu’ils allaient en apporter une. Ils sont arrivés sans rien et ils ont donc emballés le matelas en partie seulement dans de vielles couvertes salles. Donc il y a eu des tâches de neige salle ou autre sur notre matelas. Aussi, d’une manière générale, ils n'ont pas du tout été soigneux avec nos affaires. Par exemple, ils sont mis debout sur notre télé cathodique. Ils ont également cassé une partie d'un meuble de valeur. Pour le bris du meuble, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver mais ils n'ont jamais voulu nous indemniser malgré qu'ils se soient engagés à le faire. Nous les avons appelés à plusieurs reprises pour qu'ils honorent leur engagement et, à chaque fois, ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient nous apporter la pièce de remplacement en nous donnant des dates de livraison mais ils n’ont pas respecté ces dates et nous n’avons jamais rien reçu. Nous n'avons plus aucune de nouvelles de leur part. Ils ont également posé une autre pièce d'un meuble directement sur une plainte électrique ce qui n'est pas très malin de leur part. Je l'ai vu seulement plusieurs heures après donc il y a eu une marque visible sur la pièce. Enfin, au moment de la facture, ils ont voulu nous charger une heure de plus que ce qu'ils ont réellement fait. Bref, il est certain que c'est notre pire expérience de déménagement et jamais nous referons un déménagement avec eux.

He tried to hide it, but we heard his colleague tell him that he should have wrapped the speaker in a blanket as he had advised him. When I told him about it, he withdrew responsibility and did not even apologize. I phoned her boss for compensation, but she wanted me to pay her insurance deductible of $ 250 so we refused of course. Very unprofessional in their way of being. A chance that the two other young movers were efficient and very friendly ...! It still took 5 hours when we were 5 minutes away from both places and only one trip..recommend that the unprofessional employee did.grim the price of the bill which is very salty for the service received .. I do not recommend this company (Original) Vraiment mauvais service. Un des employés était très lent et il a défoncé une partie de notre gros speaker. Il a tenté de le cacher, mais nous avons entendu son collègue lui souligner qu'il aurait dû envelopper le speaker dans une couverture comme qu'il lui avait conseillé. Lorsque je lui en ai parlé il s'est retiré de la responsabilité et ne s'est même pas excusé. J'ai téléphoné sa boss pour avoir un dédommagement, mais elle voulait me faire payer sa franchise d'assurance de 250$ donc nous avons refusé bien évidemment. Très peu professionnel dans leur façon d'être. Une chance que les deux jeunes autres déménageurs étaient efficace et très sympathiques...! Ça quand même pris 5 heures quand nous étions à 5 minutes d'auto des deux endroits et un seul voyage..disons que l'employé peu professionnel a fait.grimper le prix de la facture qui est très salée pour le service reçu .. je ne recommande donc pas cette compagnie
