We had the misfortune of moving during Covid-19 pandemic. I was sooo worried they would cancel last minute or not be allowed to come. Three men and a 26 ft truck pulled up right on time and had me moved in less time than I'd thought it would take. Nothing broke, they were great with my kids who I tried to keep out of the way... They took things apart and put them back together, wrapped things in blankets, and ignored our chaos. Great company, great guys - super polite and friendly.

If you are moving, Sunrise Moving are the best. They are reliable, friendly and they look after your belongings like its their own. You don't need to worry their guys are so professional. They go the extra mile they even wrapped my wedding dress. All my belongings arrived without a scratch or mark. I can't say enough about these guys. Not only were they an hour and a half late for our move and fudged their timing on our bill, they also damaged our wall of our brand new house. Tamara said they had an amazing guy who would come out and fix it up as new. I was told she would call me to schedule. My move was July 20. I hadn’t heard anything so I followed up with an email August 1. Still haven’t heard anything. I do NOT recommend this company. Go with someone who is a professional. Not a hack job.

Fantastic Moving Team That made the move almost enjoyable "Great crew, with a good sense of humor to defuse the stress of moving. Showed up on time, very efficient with wrapping & packaging and loading the truck. All done quickly and without issue. Same at the other end, all was unloaded without fuss. We booked a crew from here and they did not show, we called their office and they would either lie or not return our calls to the point where they would not even answer our call. We have people waiting to help and now added expenses for rental storage. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. Very unprofessional and not reliable.

I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment with a good amount of furniture. Right from the start it was a good experience, I dealt with Tamara and she was very thorough and got back to me very quickly. For the move I had the pleasure of meeting Bill, Wes and Brandon and they were beyond amazing, never had a move go so smoothly and quickly, they actually finished my move faster than quoted and we're awesome to deal with, they were very observant and thorough and not a single piece of furniture was put on the dolly without coverings to prevent damage and removed legs to prevent issues and even positioned my furniture the way it was going to be set up. Overall I couldn't be happier with the company and the 3 gentleman that helped make my move so easy. Would 100% recommend if your looking for a move and would like to deal with a company and employees that care about your possessions and making your life easier.

We had the company move are furniture in storage.We then had them move are furniture to the house.I can not belive how much damage was done to are be longings.The first load going into the truck he dumped the load onto the ground.Nice guys but I will never use them again. Be warned

Sunrise could have done better on the customer service and communication. We booked our move several weeks in advance and asked for an email confirmation, which never came. We called and asked for another confirmation a couple weeks before, and got a verbal but nothing in writing. We called the day before to make sure they were still coming, only to be told they would be an hour late the next day. When we hadn't seen them 2 hours after the revised time, we called again and got one of the movers themselves, who wasn't sure of the plan and had to call the office. They arrived an hour later. The guys were good for the most part. They put down cardboard to protect the floor, but our boxes were already on the hardwood which didn't have cardboard underneath. When we went back to the place the following day to clean it, we noticed a few scratches in the hardwood, which must have been made when scooping up the boxes using a dolly. When we asked Sunrise to cover the repair costs that our former landlord was going to charge us, Sunrise said we needed to tell the guys at the time and before they left. They never told us those conditions beforehand, and we weren't asked to do a walk-through before leaving. Our insurance deductible is more than the repair cost, so we'll end up eating this cost.

The team from Sunrise did an excellent job! We purchased packing and moving services and everything was very professionally done. From booking to packing boxes to packing the truck. Very professinal and helpfull staff. Service of this level is not an expence, it is an investment. Extremely happy with this mover! Best value for your buck

I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I booked months in advance, called days prior to confirm and the morning of the move nobody showed. I called 90 minutes after they were due only to find that their truck wouldn't start. I was told it would be another hour. After hours of ducked phone calls they finally started working to making other vehicle rental arrangements. I was then called and asked to meet the crew at the truck rental office and cover the cost of the rental. 9am expected start turned into a 4:15pm start. They also sent fewer than requested staff and booked a vehicle that was substandard for the job. After 5.5 hours of work from the crew the Sunrise rep attempted to charge me for 8+ hours siting travel time that their website specifically states they will not charge a client for. When I refused and asked for a more agreeable outcome I was threatened with legal action and to top it off they contacted my employer directly to complain. In the end I called their bluff and paid for the 4 hours they deserved. Find anybody else. They don't deserve your business.

I never do reviews. But I wanted to take the time and write a little something for this company. The two guys showed up on time and really had great attitude's . Not only did they make me feel at ease with a already very stressful day they were darn good at their job! They took care of everything. They went above what they were hired to do. Let's face it customer service is dying but not with these two guys. They loaded in half the time I thought they would and unloaded taking special care of my furniture that is very expensive. They set up my son's bedroom set and my very expensive bedroom set with care! If your looking for upscale movers look no further. Great rates as well. Thanks again guys!!!
