Today i went there for print some papers, there was a guy in that section of staples. He was very rude and totally unhelpful. If I would name of that guy i will definitely mention here.

If i could i would give this place a negative 5 stars. Today me and my grand father went to get blades for a paper cutter and a fellow named Dawson(a guy) said he would be right with us once he finished helping a custmor ( buying a $100 shredder) when he finished he went to help other customers not us. (The other customers were looking at a $2000 MacBook.) One friend used to work there and on expensive items they make a commission. But a employee named Brian went out of his way to help us. And a few weeks ago we took a broken shredder we got a month befor that we went to the one in charlottetown and the manager said he DIDNT WANT TO help us. But we went to summerside and there was a guy i belive his name was Michael and he went out of his way to help us. The first shredder was under 3 year warnty and we got the second shredder for free and we got the extra warnty with it to. And we got a $30 in store credit too.

Nice open layout. Not crowded at all. Large selection of tech. Could have more low tech items such as art and drafting supplies. I guess demand dictates supply... Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a "special pencil" on line for my daughter who needs it for the university. The order was placed on Sep.10, 2020. I received the confirmation, and the estimated delivery was between Sep. 15 and Sep. 18. Nothing received and haven't received any response from them. I called them today (Sep. 21) and their answer was "sorry, it's out of stock".

Nice staples as they usually are. Lots of stock in and pleasant employees. The only downside to this location is that they don't have any outside lights so it looks like it is close once the sun goes down.

Went to staples to print some lecture slides and used the machines they have available. They are extremely slow if you have more than 1 document. Also one document was over 80 mb which the printers cant process, I had them on a USB and when I went to the desk to ask if I could have it printed I was told I had to submit online for next day/same day print. So I guess I was expected to drive home to get to my computer and then come back to pick them up for probably 12 pages of printout?????

Waited almost 45 min for assistance in the monitor section. Also asked for an HDMI to HDMI cable. Was advised it was already in the box. It's on me.. I should have checked the box because of course it isn't in the box. Friendly nice people, just greatly understaffed.
