The first time that I've been really disappointed with the stuffed crust pizza's, ordered 3 and all of them had no cheese left in the actual crust ????

I came in ten minutes to close and the lady was very straight up with me about how late it was which I really appreciate, she made me some boneless bites and I was on my way

Seen some bad reviews for these guys when it comes to going into their location. I however have never done that, always by phone. The results are always great, usually good customer service if the person answering can speak English well enough. I'd say like a solid 8/10

They worked around some Pizza Hut app issues for me which I appreciate but then hung up on me. When I was talking on the phone with them, they asked is there was anything else, I said yes and they responded with, "ok, thanks, bye" and hung up. Weird. Other issues: boneless wings are fairly salty (I've tried honey garlic and garlic parmasan). Cinnabon tasted undercooked, doughy. App malfunctions every single time I use it and it's been that way for 4 years. Good stuff: staff offered to deliver even though the app didn't offer delivery. The thin crust pizza is good, flavourful and not wet and limp although not crispy. Pizza hut has good deals and the rewards system would be great if I could get it to work. Delivery was super fast and the delivery guy was polite and professional.

RUDE!!! A simple "no, sorry" would've sufficed. Called and asked if they do delivery, just hung up on me, I thought they didn't hear me, so I called again and said "hello" and waited for a response to make sure they could hear me, got a response and asked again--... THEY JUST HUNG UP!! Pizza Hut here in Campbell, never again ????

I order from here more than i care to admit. Its close to my house and usually gets here well before the estimated delivery time, the food is always good. I almost always get the giant cookie, it is so delicious. And i love their boneless wings. The drivers are always super nice too :)

They do not take payment online thru pizzahut.ca nor Visa over the phone..... I'm guessing they are ok if you happen to be standing beside the place.

Ordered a pizza 20 minutes before closing time. I asked if it was to late for delivery. No problem. A medium Meatzza pizza arrived 15 minutes later. I told the delivery driver that was way to fast, "was it an old one sitting under the heat lamp?' Nope. Here I sit with a pizza with a pizza dough so undercooked & gooey. UNEDIBLE!! Called back but it's 10 minutes after closing time.... NO ANSWER! DISGUSTED & PISSED OFF

To start off with the man whom I spoke with to order my pizza got my address wrong after repeating it 3 times and spelling it out he then gets my family's pizza to the wrong house we didn't realize until our food had not been delivered for an hour and a half, then our order was completely messed up and we called and the staff was being very uncooperative and quite rude did not handle the situation well what so ever, pizza hut hire some new staff!!

Wings are pretty good and stuffed crust is so amazing.... they quoted delivery in 30 minutes and were close to being in that time frame! HOWEVER, they don't have the option of spinach on your pizza? Isn't spinach a fairly standard topping? Whatever. I got tomatoes instead. The tomatoes are in big awkward chunks with skin on. Haven't you heard of slicing tomatoes??? A pizza isn't a stew.

Called to make an order, as online was not working properly again. Some guy who answered the phone screamed at me for wasting his time because I will not order on line. He continues to swear at me and refuses to take my order. First off not everyone uses the internet to order. Second, I did nothing to deserve this wrath. Never again Pizza Hut.

There pizzas are good but I ordered pasta and it came half cooked . When I was asked how it was I let them know it was rubbery and nothing Wes done about it.
