I can not say enough good things about this place. The units are great and the pricing is fair. I rented a unit for over a year and never had any issues. Good storage units at a good price..but..I moved stuff out and was paid up till end of month and my lock was removed before my time was up and rented to another person..so they got double rental and cut my expensive lock off then denied it.

I will never go to Ironwood self storage again the lady that answers the phone she does not speak any English she told me the owner is not there because hes a fire fighter and she cant get me any help because there know one around like what the hell I just wont to buy some boxes

This rental was a great experience. The unit was nice and clean and the area very well kept. John was the one who really helped me out when I was first looking for a storage unit and was extremely helpful. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made the whole process nice and easy. I would highly recommend Ironwood Self Storage!
