Five star service! Berwick Comox Valley had an issue with the walk in cooler and needed a quick temporary solution. We contacted Hello and were very impressed with the customer service. The family was heading out for a flight from Comox but they made quick adjustments and brought the trailer down to us and set it up with just a short time to go before their flight. We recognized it added some extra personal stress to their family plans, but were so thankful from an operations point of view. Service and price were just as advertised and the cooler was excellent for our storage needs. No hiccups. Thanks from the 200 residents at Berwick!

The concept of this trailer is amazing. We had an outdoor venue so a large refrigerator to put everything in was a great idea. The price was amazing for what we got however we were a little disappointed upon arrival. When we first booked the service we were told about an outside keg tap that was being installed as well as the generator that came with the trailer. However upon arrival there was no keg top and no generator. When we asked about it we were told that he had discussed it with us and it wasn't in his best interest for the Keg tap. I had emailed him a few times asking questions and got no responses and had to call to discuss things regarding our booking. I preferred to keep all my vendors in writing via email but he never responded. Because of this misunderstanding we were left scrambling with limited power sources and worried about blowing a breaker and no keg tap to tap our keg. Other then that the trailer was amazing. He dropped off and set it up exactly where we wanted it and picked it up before our deadline.

Really awesome service and I highly recommend this for any event. It was on time, really easy to deal with them, worked great. Best of all was the fact we could sit in it as it was sooooo hot out that we ended up having a party inside the refrigeration trailer just to cool down. 2 thumbs up!
