Perfectly fine people to deal with when I signed up on “direct billing” over a year ago. However, they have no where listed at all their business hours?? Says 24hr surveillance but nothing on when you’re able to access your stuff.

I had a storage unit for four years and it got broken into about 2-3 months ago and didn't want to help me at all and denied the fact that it happened and asked me to leave.To pack my stuff and leave I asked them if they can review the cameras and they said no and they started getting mad at me for even asking saying that we're not going to show you where our cameras are and denied that I even happened I don't recommend anyone to go there

Severely underwhelmed by the customer service. I realise it's not glamorous, but maybe try to not look like you work in a morgue, or that simply my presence is annoying you.

Good location and seems pretty secure. If your looking for storage in the Campbell River area... good luck. there are a few around, but most don't have anymore room. If you find one you might want to take it. We lost out on a few by looking for a better deal. Called back to take the earlier ones, and they were taken. I'm kind of surprised someone hasn't started building a new and very large storage place in the area. i'm sure it would fill up in no time.

Complete a holes work here. Asked if I could bring bolt cutters to access my locker with permission (as I lost my keys) , and was told they would call the RCMP on me. Not my idea of costumer service, completely rude and out of line. Another time they accidentally locked me out of my locker confusing my storage with another whose customer hadn't paid. No apology or anything. In fact they didn't believe me at first, made me wait resulting in me being late for a meeting. Ezy, not at all, but definitely sleazy AF.
