They worked extremely hard, non-stop! I seriously could not have had two better people helping me move from Burlington to Waterloo. They took great care of our items packing the truck and unpacking the truck. The guys moved everything strategically, based on where it was going in the new house and offered a great rapport with us while working. They showed up right on time on moving day, spent time chatting to me to confirm what was going and what was staying and how they would proceed. Reasonable cost and excellent customer service from Navdeep and team. Highly recommend Finest movers Canada and will definitely use them again We really appreciated their hard work!!

The Finest Movers team showed up on time, and efficiently loaded my PODS. They took the time to load it in a way that would minimize shifting during transport, and took excellent care of my belongings. They were flexible and willing to help with some furniture disassembly and packing, and did a great job. Professional group. You couldn't get a better value or service elsewhere.

All of our furniture came over scratch free. They even took special care, bringing backup in case our home wouldn't fit in one truck. Incredible service and care. Highly recommended.

They cracked my tv stand and when I called them to let them know they said they were gonna come back to my place and check it out and never heard from them again! Terrible terrible experience. They lost (aka stole) a bunch of our belongings and stopped responding when we tried reaching out to them. The police has been contacted and will deal with them hopefully but everyone please be careful. They 100% manipulate reviews as well so my review will either be removed or they'll say that "they can't find me in their system".

They go by many different names, they broke thousands of dollars worth of our stuff. They won't return our calls or emails, they are not insured, but they say they are, we had to hire a lawyer and are proceeding in court. Every review that comes in against them they reply with saying they can't find you in their system and its a false review. This is not a false review, do not use these people. Fore warned is fore told folks.

I cannot say enough good things about Sunny and his team at Finest Movers. They are so good at their job. On time, communicative and super reliable. Our move could not have been more smooth if it wasn't for them. Ended up being a long day with all the stairs for three locations, but they had great energy. Great job, highly recommend.

Booked them 2 weeks in advance, called me the day I was supposed to move and told me they can’t do it. Called less than 3 hours before they were supposed to arrive and said the truck is in use at a different location and could move me a different day. Rude movers, no plastic wrap, dropped an expensive item on it's edge after being warned that they were holding it badly and was offered a $31.10 discount by the company. Poor quality service, at average market rates. They are trying to manipulate their reviews. Don't trust what you read here that appears positive. BUYER BEWARE.

Very Unprofessional bunch of people. They kept complaining that the items were heavy and we even had to assist them. They kept asking for tips after a terrible job. They demanded us to pay for tax with cash as well. Don’t believe some of the reviews here . They’re the ones trying to manipulate their review score

Never hire these guys, just to shift the two rooms items including dismantle and reassemble it took 4 1/2 hours. And charged 1 hour money for that half an hour spent. Even the reassembling was unprofessionalism some of the furnitures were damaged too. These furnitures are not even six months we bought it. When I contacted them to say these damages they said we will get back to you regarding this and never came back. Unprofessional people.

NEVER USE THESE GUYS. They told use the move would take no more than two hours and 2 hours would cost $225. It took an hour & they charged us for 2 hours for 1 hours work. They said they would cash with no tax. When paying they said we had to pay tax at $255. They said would give us an invoice. They never sent it. NEVER USE THESE GUYS, they are rip off merchants!

Damaged several items. Only reported the obvious one item they broke. They were also almost two hours late. When we called to ask what was to be done about the damage we were informed the insurance ran out as soon as the movers left. We called other companies in the area all of whom said this was a lie. They also never called us back to resolve the issue, even though they said they would. Movers were also constantly in the phone. I would not recommend this company.

They'll take your items elsewhere and keep them hostage unless you pay a higher price than you signed for and it doesn't even matter if you ask for a baby's items if they can get then for the meanwhile. They're heartless and ruthless. Avoid these scam artists and there are lots of fake reviews trying to show its a good place

These movers took us from Georgetown Ontario to Shediac NB. Our original movers failed to compete the job, Finest Movers Canada, jumped in very last minute ..timely, they wrapped everything to ensure it arrived safely.. Not one thing damaged..Adhered to all current government restrictions. Administration worked effectively with us and the movers were extremely polite and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend this company and would definitely recommend them for any size move, and at an excellent rate .
