If you want the run around, poor customer service, have broken items with no compensation and to wait a month for your shipment these guys are for you. The also have one name when your booking but use their other for transport and billing which has a terrible rating. Learn from our mistakes and use someone else.

Our items arrived in terrible condition. Furniture was scratched and dented, desk legs were actually broken in half and doors torn off of a cabinet. The casters on two furniture items were broken in half, the top was ripped off of our children's art table, my electric piano was so dented on one side that the end key is popped up entirely and the keyboard no longer works. My husband's mechanic's toolchests were all severley dented, the top of one was caved in to the point that the welds were broken and none of the drawers will open. The $500 fence for his table saw is bent to the extent that it actually cracked and is no longer usable. Several boxes were water damaged and crushed down to about half their size. This resulted in broken dishes and, again, damage to my husband's shop equipment- all of which he uses to make a living. The bed frames were heavily scratched and dented and the mattreses dirty. The list goes on... it honestly feels like they would have had to try to create this much damage, it is so extensive its negligent. We just heard back after 3 days of calling and emailing with, "sorry, you'll have to contact the claims department" and, "they have up to 9 months to investigate". Are you kidding me?! They've done thousands of dollars worth of damage after charging us thousands for the move! Also, please note- this company is also known as AMS moving which you won't be told until the truck shows up with AMS on the side- take a look at the AMS reviews- they're abysmal. I would never- in a million years -use this company again.

This company took the responsibility of moving all our stuff from Brampton to new Brunswick. It was a job well done and they did as they said. I share my thanks to the staff and particularly Judy for looking into the whole process very carefully. When they called me for delivery of the items, I was surprised to hear that they already reached Moncton. They are very efficient.

Terrible experience! Household furniture broken after their "move" (too long list for this short review) and complete lack of care for customers. They totally deserve criminal investigation from the provincial government authorities. This company is also known as AMS Moving. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, Ameri-Cana 5 star reviews are fake! Research AMS reviews on the Internet - they are so bad, beyond words.
